Make sure you wear a mask because employees don't. Social distancing is not practice either. Good luck

T Mobile cellular services are great! On the other hand…read moretheir 5G wireless internet can be great, but lately every few weeks your service cuts out. Either you get nothing or lots and lots of buffering. Calling tech support does almost nothing. Apparently they do something behind the scenes. You reboot the modem several times maybe it works. They tell you they see tickets about service repairs in the area. One support person then said Oops. I am looking at San Antonio and we are in Port Angeles, WA. These service interruptions can last a week or more. Do they give you a service refund? NO! When it works it is great. If you need to depend on service, look elsewhere.

Which was a problem because my phone had all my flight information etc. I am on a plan with my family and my brother, his wife and my father are all authorized people on the account. Back then, T-mobile was able to call my brother and speak to him about authorizing me to purchase a new phone so that I would not be stranded. Fast forward 6 years and I have just moved back to the NW. My phone has died. It is not even turning on. I go in and they won't call anyone. They wouldn't even look up the number for my brother so I could call him from their phone. Mind you I am single, female and now have no way to make emergency calls. They wouldn't think outside the box and just kept saying it was against protocol. When I had given him all the names on the account and my number and name which is also on the account. They could have requested an ID for me to verify I was, who I said I was, and looked up his number for me to call on their phone. So that I could get the ball rolling and not be stranded without a way of even contacting 911 in an emergency. Like I understand protocol for security but this was beyond ridiculous and lacking total human empathy. Needless to say I still need a new phone but I will not be giving this place my commission.

Taylor was an absolute gem. He was completely patient and extremely knowledgeable and juggled multiple customers at once without ever making us feel neglected. He truly is an exceptional young man. I've always gotten good service at this location, but Taylor is without a doubt one of the most gifted customer service representatives I have ever dealt with in any business.

I've been in here probably 5x in the last decade for various things ranging from buying new phones to changing plans. One of my family members was ill last year and even though Verizon stopped allowing her to use her old flip phone on the updated Verizon 4G network, they continued to charge her for a line access she wasn't able to use. When she recovered from her physical disability and went into this store location to ask them about it they told her there wasn't anything they could do and blamed her for the issue. This is not the customer service we used to get at this store and my family member just gave up on the issue. After spending 3 hours on the phone with Verizon today I helped resolve the issue that could have easily been resolved a year ago in this store had they just spent the time and care. We can't get back the $24/month that was charged for an entire year of non-use of a line without a phone attached but maybe this will save someone from the same type of experience. Sadly, you're better off going to Silverdale to the closest actual Verizon store to get the care you deserve.
