So I did, only to wait around for 20 minutes just for the so-called store manager to tell me she couldn't do anything. Then that same useless, unprofessional, unproductive, and downright unpleasant-to-look-at fake redhead Karen manager; dismissed me in less than two minutes because they were "about to close." She didn't even try to help, she just brushed me off and literally walked away mid-conversation. " stating there's nothing she can do". After the headache I went through with Verizon all day, this was the final straw. The customer experience was beyond pathetic, and that manager made sure of it. If she had shown even a shred of effort or basic human decency, I might've remembered her name but honestly, she didn't earn that courtesy. This whole experience was a complete waste of time and solidified why I'll never try Verizon again. Please if you can travel to another Verizon store do so. you will get the respect as a customer and avoid the rude/ unreliable management here. Miss red head Karen who looks 50 do better!!!

Just bought a new iPhone and like it (so far). Traded in old one. We had a nice techie help us…read more Third time we have been to that store for purchases. My complaint involves the fact that the store doesn't have a restroom for customers. They claim that it's store policy not to let anyone in the back since they might steal phones, etc. while they're back there. That is possible, but I don't see why one of the employees couldn't go back there with you and stand outside the BR door while you use it. For us to get there, it's an hour drive. It's not just the drive but you're in the store for an hour or more while they transfer stuff from your old phone to the new one and do updates. I am an old woman and old women have to go frequently. I think it is ridiculous and even inhumane not to have a restroom for customers. Have cameras up in the storeroom so that they can see what people do back there! (not in the BR, obviously, but I'm sure they aren't storing phones in the BR.) There is a way around this instead of being literally inhumane.

Was instructed to take the back on the phone off and check the expiration date of the battery. It is 2017-11-07. Which is my math is correct is 4 months prior to the purchase date of the phones. Went back to Cricket Dealer on Route 6, Scranton, they stated there was nothing they could do, that I had to call LG warranty department. The manager on duty even denied the fact that batteries have expiration dates, that I had to call LG. Check 2 of the other phones, they also had either a Nov. or Dec. expiration date. (My brother-in-law has the 4th phone so I could not check that expiration date). Called customer service, all they would do is file a complaint against the store. Asked for a refund for the line I cannot use, was informed that service in nonrefundable. Went on line to cricket customer service chat, was informed that this is an issue with the store there is nothing they could do to help. So, in short, bought 4 phones, with at least 3 of the phones having expired batteries months before purchase and the store has refused to help.

I get home and find out the radio isn't android auto. So I drive back to the store and have to purchase another radio that was $200 more. I get home and had a follow up question regarding the rear camera. I called the store and in routed to India and ultimately routed to someone's cellphone to leave a voicemail. So back to the store I go to return all this stuff cause no one can answer my questions and I don't feel comfortable purchasing almost $1000 of product with no support. I returned everything expect the radio and the accessories. A few days later I check my credit card balance and they never returned $300 worth of installation. So I call best buy to get them to do the return I asked for. What do they tell me? That the rep who checked me out messed up and it can't be done over the phone. SO BACK TO THE STORE I DRIVE. I get there and speak to a manager who did the return and said it would reflect in a few hours. As it turns out it's really 7-10 business days. I then get an email a few days later about the dash kit I ordered to install the radio. It's been delayed. I called best buy to find out why. Would you believe the manager that did the return is a moron and returned it wrong so I owed 60 cents in state tax preventing the shipment. I think the call center could hear the vein explode in my forehead because he just comped me $1 so it would ship. That said, despite me telling 2 managers and 5 employees whose literal job it is to handle vendor signs (they wear black shirts) that the wireless car play sign is false and can lead to more angry customers processing returns and they should take it down, the sign is still up and displayed. So if you're looking to get a cheap radio at a discount, head over Dickson City best buy and purchase the pioneer 1800NEX, return it, purchase the radio you really want, then tell management to discount it for you due to the inconvenience of driving back and forth for their stupid signage.
