But most of us will blow thru the meager 500mb of data they provide within a week. Safelink offers 1 GB of data with 500 min of voice free. For $10 you can get unlimited voice and an additional 1gb. So you get unlimited voice unlimited text and 2gb of data (1 paid, 1 free) for $10 and service is great all over. Blue wireless needs to step up their game with available data. Also, their Scranton and Wilkes Barre stores are the worst run businesses I have ever dealt with. Managed by the same guy, they never answer the phones, and only know details about the most expensive phones and will try to upsell you in store. Their inventory for lesser phones are always limited. Called regional manager a year ago complaining and nothing was ever done even to this day.

I have called customer service at least ten times with issues that have never been resolved. I was told there was a three day warranty on the phone with blue wireless and of course that was exceeded and since blue wireless would not stand by the phone they sold me, I called Samsung. Samsung told me I was not the first owner of the phone and their one year warranty was also exceeded. Blue Wireless sold me a USED phone as new and customer service on the phone and in store would do absolutely nothing to solve my issue. DO NOT INFLICT YOURSELF WITH NEEDLESS HEADACHES! You do not want to work with this company, they have the poorest customer service...EVER!
