They never have the accessories I go in to get. Whether it's a certain charger, screen saver, cover. They're "out of stock".

There were two people working. I was there for five minutes. Nobody even acknowledged that I walked in the door. There was another lady there very frustrated because she was trying to get the man to look at her phone because it was messing up and he just kept telling her that there was nothing he could do. She just needed to buy another phone. Didn't even try to help her. They were not busy. I do not understand why I was ignored. We were assisted by Salvador Gomez and he could not have been more patient or helpful. My stepson did not have his ID as it too was stolen so he could not show that he was an authorized user on the account and I was not an authorized user on the account so Salvador helped us figure out how to get that set up and helped us figure out the best deal since we were still paying on the cell phone that had been stolen. It was just all the way around an incredible experience. I give Salvador two thumbs up. He is an excellent asset to the store.

They are trained to seek products by making g false promises including gift cards. They have…read morehorrible communications. You leave a message for the manager and he never returned any phone calls. If you go in there for 191 he said he will call back. Anytime I call. It's been two dozen phone calls I've made and they keep telling me to call back. He's with a customer or he's off that day and they act like it's perfectly natural to leave dozens of voicemail messages for the manager to call me and he never does I keep asking for the regional manager's phone number to discuss all the problems. Once they get that sale, they don't care if you've got the correct service they don't care if you do not get the gift cards they send you off somewhere else you no longer matter to them. They got the sale that's all that counted for them. Any issues or problems they will not fix it. They act with such horrible attitude that you're an annoyance to come in there and ask them to fix an obvious problem or issue that they created.

Switching plans and buying new cell phones is a stressful process. Companies don't make it easy to…read moredecipher billing options online. We went into the store to be sure that what we were reading online would translate to what we felt our bill should be with new phones. Even though the process was long and stressful, 5 stars go to Ryan (employee at this location) for explaining, re-explaining, and answering thousands of our questions patiently and professionally. We were also switching cell companies, so it was great to have a nice person take the time to break down every option possible. My hubby & I are "smart shoppers," so we always have lots of questions and want to know specifics about options. Ryan took customer service to the next level and fully explained everything and showed us details on paper as well. He couldn't have been nicer. A weaker employee would have abandoned us after the first hundred questions :-) If this store has an "Employee of the Month" program, Ryan earned that title on my hubby & I alone. We left the store with new phones, new service, and clarity on our billing terms.

Horrible!!! I was lied straight to my face here about 2 things. I went in to get an upgrade for my…read moreiPhone when I was specific about the color I wanted they said they only had black so when I asked if they could check other att stores they said they didn't have access to their inventory so ok fine makes sense but then the manager claims none of the att stores carry the 17e in white (sounded fishy) but they ensured me that the white one could be NEXT DAY shipped to me. At this point I could get the sense they didn't want me to try another att store and that's when I should have walked out but after they convinced me fed ex would have it to me next day I said ok fine. Well next day I'm looking up my order on fed ex and it's saying won't be delivered till Monday!!! That is not next day that's 3 days later!! After that frustration kicked in I decide to call 3 different atts in the area and YES all of them have the 17e in white!!! So now I'll be playing cat and mouse with fed ex since the package requires a signature and who knows when exactly I'll get the phone. The fact they wouldn't encourage me to try a near by att to get the one I wanted that day is so frustrating they would rather lie than let the customer be happy I hope their commission was worth the lies. What a horrible way to do business. I went back to confront them and try to cancel my order so I could just go to another att store but they did absolutely nothing I feel so taken advantage of and hope no one else goes thru this.

I had to come write a review about my recent experience at the AT&T store at the corner of…read moreTimberland Rd and Beach St. in North Fort Worth where I met Morgan, one of the nicest and by far most helpful people I have met in the service industry. I had a detailed and confusing situation that needed to be sorted out and he took the time, even while busy with other customers coming in. He made sure to greet everyone upon them entering, while staying present with my situation. Everything was finally sorted out as he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with his resolution. So if you're in the market for a new phone, or wonder if your provider for all the things cell companies can offer, i recommend paying this location a visit. I found out I was over paying for my internet (from another company) and I also learned I could get a monthly discount on my lines if I payed my monthly bill a different way. Oh, also he asked me where my spouse and I worked and found a corp. discount that saved me even more per month. It's rare to receive his level of service for something as mundane as cell service lol, but I left there with a much higher opinion of AT&T, and now I am really considering upgrading our phones for Christmas to surprise my husband, he really wants the newest phone that was recently released, and I can order it, have it shipped to my home, then do the transfer from our current phones to the new ones, and then return the old phones within 30 days, I am going to watch for some holiday or Black Friday specials!
