Handled all products with care, explained different options for family lines & phone purchases w/ phone cases, add-ons, & AirPods. Set up phone lines and made calls- made sure everything worked as promised before anyone left the store. With the next customer, he took care of a billing issue & payment efficiently. The customer was extremely thankful & pleased. When we approached the counter we explained that our phone broke (front, back, & issue with the motherboard- no other shop could fix the issue!). He took the time to help us understand different options for attempting to repair our iPhone X, gave us purchasing options & comparisons if the phone could not be repaired. My daughter and I went in yesterday looking for new phones and we got just that plus great customer service. Not only was Stephen very knowledgeable but he was very honest about the specials and pricing. I truly appreciate it when you meet honest salesmen because no one wants to leave a store feeling like they were taken advantage of. Stephen had a new hire named Chris who was in training so he wasn't able to help out too much but he definitely did what he could to assist Stephen. Stephen didn't let that slow him down, he know how to multitask with all the clients that came into the store which was excellent versus him just focusing on one person at a time so none of us felt like we were in there forever just to be helped. I would like to give a thumbs up to Chris the new hire as well. He stepped up too and even went as far as to entertain my toddler granddaughter when he wasn't able to assist. These are the kind of guys you want to work for you or in your stores. Happy customers keep a business thriving. I decided to go into the store and give it one last shot to get what I needed taken care of - and I am so glad I went to this store. Bernardo was extremely helpful in getting what we needed taken care of. We had a lot that needed addressed, combining accounts (internet, cell and TV), new cell phone device, add a line, and change of a phone number and he knocked it out of the park! We have an infant and were on a time crunch - he had us in and out of there with everything fixed and completed within 30 minutes. The manager was also helpful and interacted with our little one - which any parent appreciates. This team clearly goes the extra mile for their customers.
