I was in town visiting friends and asked for the nearest mall to get my phone repaired. I stopped by and they were more than happy to help me and informed me that it would be a quick fix. I came back in an hour and my screen was like new again. No issues at all. They even sold me a new case at a good discount because they serviced my phone. If I had anymore issues they told me that they would be able to help me out. So great service and job fixing my phone!

Terrible service! I went to get my IPad screen changed because of a groupon, well my IPad worked…read moreperfect except for a cracked screen. They replaced the screen and now the IPad has a dead spot in it, the screen they put it keeps popping out and just was not concerned. I called their corporate office and was told I would get a call back, no call still! My IPad is not working correctly now and would have just kept a cracked screen. Groupon refunded my money but still have a messed up IPad. Do not go there, they do not know what they are doing. The corporate also seems to be not concerned about the franchises.
