Good service, attention, and well trained staff is pretty much a myth, but not at this Express location. I came twice over the past couple of weeks and the staff was extremely helpful. It was strange to walk in and have the attention of two employees trying very hard to help me find what I was looking for to suggest other items in a soft, non-annoying way. To add to that I was very fortunate to come at a good time and be able to use a coupon that gave me roughly 50% off of my purchase. I will definitely be coming back here regularly. I'm kinda of a big fan of express actually gor years but now after all this time writing a review…read more Going in it's always not that many people which is great for me personally, if I happen to be around an employee they do ask if there's anything they can help with and that's it which I like because it doesn't give off like they're trying to push sales but they do let you know what sales are happening and in my most recent vist was 40% off everything. I do love the quality of the clothing and if you shop right then you can really find aome good deals and put something together. I can't speak for the woman's side of shopping but I have taken a gander and seen some nice things. As for the men just go what what you like and color coordinate and you can definitely put something together. I remember I was having trouble getting a bunch of sets of clothes and a girl who was working there at the time helped me immensely because I was at a loss so it's really nice sometimes to get on that level of help that you don't normally experience. If you haven't been check it out! And if it's pricy they do in the back have a discount area and pay attention to when they got deals because you might find something really interesting.

I did bring my camera with me. They sold me the correct battery and a "universal" charger (only one they had). I made sure it fit in my camera. I asked them to try to charge it before I left because I got the impression that it had been on the shelf for some time. They couldn't get it to charge, and said their port wasn't really reliable, but assured me that I could return it to my local store (in Jacksonville) if it didn't work when I got back to the hotel. When I got to the hotel and plugged it in, I saw no indication that it was charging. When I tried again the prongs that slide to accommodate the battery broke. I had been very gentle, as it looked flimsy right out of the package. I tried rubber banding the battery into the charger and still no charge. I'm out $99. When I got home and tried to return it I found that most locations were closed in my area. I found the closest one on Beach Blvd and they took the charger back but wouldn't take the battery and only offered store credit. It makes no sense to drive back to the store where I got it while on vacation as it's 5 hrs away. Not impressed to say the least!

I purchased a NAD C399 at a price that was more than $400 lower than anywhere else I could find, which admittedly made me a bit skeptical. After placing the order, five days passed without any shipping update. I reached out to customer service and was told they expected to receive the unit within two business days. After waiting a bit longer, I followed up again and was given another estimated arrival. At that point, I started to worry that something might be off. However, shortly after my last inquiry, they confirmed the item had arrived and would ship that same day--and it did. UPS delivered it today, and I'm very happy with the purchase. Communication could definitely be improved, but the team was always friendly and responsive when I reached out. The C399 is in high demand and difficult to find in stock, so I'm glad I stayed patient. Sometimes a deal that seems too good to be true actually works out.
