Most important - this is a corporate store (owned by AT&T), not a retail store (licensed by a 3rd party), which made me feel very comfortable with the workers handling our account. We worked with Nollie and Joe, who both gave us tip top service. They were professional, but practical, and while they are sales people, they did not push at all (huge plus). They answered all our questions and helped with our order. They were honest and frank about a lot of things, which is appreciated. Best of all, when we did get our upgraded cells, they assisted in the transfer for us. I highly recommend them and this store and will continue to do business with them. read more

As a whole, I love AT&T. I've been with them since 1999 when they were Bellsouth Mobility, then Cingular, then AT&T. I left them for T-Mobile from 2011-2013 (regretted it from the first day, but I signed a stupid contract) and couldn't wait to get back! I should have never left AT&T in the first place and I never will again. I stopped into a couple of other AT&T stores here in town when I was looking to switch back, but I wasn't real thrilled with the customer service. Also, I couldn't get anyone to tell me when I could get my hands on two of the new iPhone 5s (Gold) phones. Someone told me this was one of the actual corporate stores and it's always best to use the corporate stores. I gave them a call before I actually went in and I spoke with Richard. He told me they had just got a batch of the Iphone 5s (Gold) phones in, but he wasn't sure if they were going to be there long because this was a few days before Black Friday (you know how stuff sells on Black Friday). I had to wait another 10 days before I could start with AT&T because I needed our next payday to pay for those glorious (and expensive) new iPhones. I explained this to Richard and he was just wonderful. He took my name and agreed to hold two of them for me until I could come in. Yay! I was super excited! As I promised Richard, hubby and I came into the store on the date i had said we would and he had my iPhones together with my name on them, just as he had promised. Richard really went above and beyond to assist me. We had to get new numbers and I have this really weird OCD thing about numbers. There's certain numbers that I just hate. Don't try to understand it, it's just this weird thing about me. LOL Richard didn't look at me strange at all when I told him absolutely no 6s at all nor was I really fond of 0,2, 8, or 9. So basically, I ruled out 5 numbers out of the 10 he had to work with. LOL I even made it harder for him by requesting certain number in the teens. He and I went through numbers for about an hour and by golly, he did it! He got me the two perfect phone numbers! None of the 5 numbers I mentioned above are in mine or my hubby's phone number. And, he managed to meet my other request... that mine and hubby's phone numbers were only 1 digit off from the others. Most people would have thought me completely mad at my request and would have rolled their eyes, sighed, etc. But Richard just talked to me and we joked around the entire time he was searching for numbers. Like I told Richard, it REALLY mattered to me b/c I had left AT&T once and never intended to do it again; therefore, I intend on hubby and I having these numbers for a long, long time! We also decided to buy two Otter Boxes and Richard gave us a $10 discount on each Otter Box. I thought that was really nice and it was much appreciated. Setting up our new AT&T account and getting our new phones was such a good experience! Fast forward a few months and hubby's Otter Box is getting water trapped inside of it behind the screen. Actually, it had been doing this from the beginning, it just took me a few months to convince him to go back by AT&T to see if they could replace it. Richard was there and recognized us immediately. He made his way to us with a warm smile and a handshake. I tell myself he remembers all of his customers that way, but I'm sure he just remember the crazy woman and her weird OCD number thing. LOL Anyway... since it had been 30 days, they couldn't replace the Otter Box, but Richard offered to contact Otter Box for me since they have a lifetime guarantee. He used his iPad to go to their site and he filled in all the info. He even took photos of the messed up Otter Box to send to them. And that was that. About 4-5 days later, the new Otter Box arrived at our house and I never had to lift a finger. He absolutely did not have to do that for me. He could have just told me to go to their website and sent me on my merry way. Richard didn't just order the new Otter Box for us that day. He also told us about the new plan AT&T had and told us we may want to switch to it b/c it would be at least $20 a month cheaper and we'd have 4 extra gigs of data to share each month. What? Someone in an AT&T store is offering to help us save $$ every month? Yes, please!! So we signed up for it and Richard was sort of right. When our next bill came, it wasn't $20 a month cheaper, It was almost $40 a month cheaper!! Yay! So yes, this AT&T store and Richard get 5 whole stars! I won't be doing business with any other AT&T stores. Even if I move to the other side of town, I will drive to Orange Park to come to this store! read more

If you enjoy walking into a store to be told will be with you in a moment only to be ignored for the next 45 min- 1hr. then this is the place for you! while sitting there waiting to be addressed I listened to lie after lie spill out of the staffs mouths to the customers they were helping at the time. At least one of the staff members didn't even know about the product she was offering and couldn't give the customers a proper demonstration of it either. And then when she ran out of all options she basically just started making up shit just to appease the customer.I would stay away from this store at all coasts. read more

Purchased a smartwatch online. Was told it would work by itself and I did not need a to own phone to use it. it came in today. Spent 4 hours on the phone with reps only to find out that in order to use the watch I would need to purchase a new Samsung phone and a 2nd line if I wanted to use it. I am very disappointed. I canceled service but they continue to charge me. Shakila (the supervisor) refused to speak with me until I had jumped through several hoops. Not once was I assured that they would take care of my concerns. If you purchase at this location, be aware that when you inevitably call in, you will have to deal with poor customer service as well as a lack of competence on account management from the corporate side. read more

Do NOT go here for assistance! I'm appalled that a rep here tried to get me to pay more money than I physically would have needed to, to get an iPhone as my free upgrade. Tod / Tim / Ted whatever his name is, was telling me the that deal I found online for an iPhone 11 at $10 a month was ONLY for online and that I'd have to pay $23 a month plus for it if purchased in store. Well....I went to a different location and they informed me that everyone at this location tried hard to make a deal that makes you pay more than necessary and locks you in. Absolute incompetent and indifferent customer service at this location. I upgraded my phone in early August. I was told the $25.00 upgrade fee would be waived. It wasn't. I came to the store to explain the issue. I've been with AT&T Wireless for more than 20 years. I waited over half an hour for an associate to become available. The associate told he they cannot/will not waive the $25.00 upgrade regardless of what I told. The associate was adamant and not even allowed me the opportunity to speak with his manager. I told him I wanted to take a picture of him and get his name so I can post/share his poor customer service. He ran to the back of the store. This location appears to constantly change staff every time I stop by for a visit. read more

never ever join at and t. i have been given a bill for a service id idn't even use. i've called them now 4 months in a row and and each time, the agents tell me that the bill will be taken care of. i have NEVER been late on bill payment. ever. BUT i refuse to pay for a service where i was living out of state 3000miles away AND i had given at and t 2.5 months of notice regarding termination of my account. never going back to at and t every again. btw, customer service agents need to know their products a bit better. poorly trained if you need any advice from tehm. read more

At&t store associate was nice. She messed up my bill though. when i went to add a line and do the family plan they kept me on my own plan which was charging me an addiontal 100$. Not very happy. I have had three of our four devices stop working due to warranty issues in the past six months. Setting the first two issues aside, my absolute worst service was at this store. Some guy got in "my bubble" as soon as I walked in the door (I had an appointment of which i was 10 minutes early). I told him my phone was broken and would turn on. Without checking my cord (which he tossed aside) or the jacks on the phone, he told me I needed a new phone. I asked him why doesn't he think it will turn on and he said he didn't know. I asked him "wouldn't this be covered under warranty?" and he said he didn't know and it depended on my plan and then proceeded to walk away! What the heck???? I went back and forth with him advising that I have no way to call customer service and ended up begging him to call them. He called whatever contact number they have, put me on the phone with the customer service rep and said he'd be back to check on me. After a lengthy, irritating and nearly pointless conversation of roughly 40 minutes, this guy never came back to check on me. He was of basically no assistance and no manager ever approached me to help me with my phone warranty issues. Later, I found out this same store lied to me about my insurance plan we had been paying on one of our phones for 17 months (it actually did cover water damage) and they told me I had to buy a new phone. Please learn from my mistakes and go to this store for NOTHING!!! They never answer the phones. I've seen them just sit there and ignore it!!! These people care about their sales and the other AT&T store locations will vouch for hearing the same thing from a multitude of customers.
