Now, I needed to verify my identity as an authorized user. The only way to verify identity was through call or text, which was going to be a problem since I didn't have a working SIM card. The girl helping me approached two other girls working there how we should figure this out since my SIM card wasnt working . They had no idea what to do. Seemed like we were sitting around waiting for lighting to strike. They even told me to try sending the verification code through again to see if it would work on the WiFi. No, it didn't! It was only after the final time I sent a verification code that the girl helping me had the BRIGHT idea to take my SIM card out and put back in. Well, now my phone works. Now I can get a verification code. But...it was too late and I'm locked out of verification attempts for the next 24 HOURS. SO I HAVE TO TRY AGAIN TOMORROW. You'd think that could've been suggested earlier. Now I've completely wasted my time. I'm going to another location.

Once I got the phone I called Verizon customer service who informed me I qualified for the actual phone I wanted. Once I went back in to exchange they were very unhelpful and said I had to change plans and pay an extra $70 a month to get it. I called Verizon customer service and they are handling it by mail. These people aren't a first hand Verizon store. No telling how many people have paid more than needed because of their aloof attitudes and not being an actual first hand Verizon store. Never do business with them again.

We brought my boyfriends Xbox 360 here to have the tray replaced because it was sticking they kept it almost two weeks and then sent it back to us. When we got home we tried it out and it didn't work so of course we took it back to have it fixed and after yet another week we went and got it yet again after being repeatedly assured it was fixed. Well guess what it still doesn't work at all!!! The tray either catches now and won't open or it wont stop opening and closing this is ridiculous we paid a hundred dollars to have this fixed and nothing was done we aren't even sure they gave us back the right Xbox as this one is banged and scratched up and the one we took it was in PRISTINE condition asides from needing a cleaning which was also supposedly done (horribly there was dust everywhere still ) we are so disappointed in this result :(
