The team at here are nothing short than incredible. I came in today just to switch an account over. Sam and Dominique were both positive and polite the entire visit. I actually got the newest model of iPhone because of them! I had a question about the billing on the receipt and Sam without skipping a beat helped me understand how it was billed. Should really be allowed to give zero stars; zero stars for zero people greeting me or offering to help. Was finally going to upgrade from my old IPhone 5S, but you would have thought I was invisible in the store. Not one person identified themselves as an employee or made any effort. It was 4:30 on a Monday and there were maybe two other customers in the store. I couldn't tell the employees from the customers as there wasn't even any eye contact. Guess AT&T doesn't need to retain lifelong customers. read more

Fairly helpful, knowlegeable staff, a bit disorganized, but doesn't jump down your throat the minute you walk in the store like many salespeople. They just remodeled the store so it's nearly twice as big. Parking and getting to this store is a bit irritating with the road construction but that should clear up soon. We had one issue where they quoted us the incorrect price but managed to make it work out. read more

If zero stars was possible, they'd get it from me. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS. We were lied to about the package we were getting, the price of the package, the rebates we were supposed to get and the length of time it would take to install the service. I won't get into details, but I have evidence of what we were promised, and still haven't gotten. We were in the store and signed up August 4th. Installation isn't happening until August 21st (how does it take 17 days?!?!). Samantha Castro (the person who signed us up) is dishonest. I approached her with several issues and she told me to contact AT&T on my own. She said she had the best technician (Willie) to do the installation for us, but I had to contact him on my own. I called him last Thursday, he said everything would be fine for installation this past Saturday, but he'd call me on Friday to confirm. No communication since. I called him. Texted him. Nothing. I've contacted AT&T corporate, and they're telling me that what we signed up for isn't what they have on file. We were told that having wireless phone would make our package cheaper. When we finished placing the order in store, we were told it adds $20/month to our bill, and billed separately (was told when we left it would be $20/month going forward). Not only that, but we just got a bill for the wireless home phone for $78.71!!! We signed up less than TWO WEEKS AGO!!! How do we ALREADY have a bill for almost 4x the amount we were told?!?! I had to bring my elderly mother into AT&T regarding her cell phone. She'd ruined her phone through water immersion and had gotten another. Within a week she claimed it wasn't working and "demanded" a new one. Although she had been rather insistent and confrontational, the staff - esp. Wilbon Anderson - were very patient and helpful. It turned out she'd brought them the old phone, not the new one (which worked perfectly well). They are to be commended for their kind and thoughtful treatment of an older customer. read more

They deserve to have staff retrained and managers reprimanded. Bad attitudes and lazy. They won't help if you arent buying anything. If you need true costumer service theyll send you home with a phone number. If they are helping they want you to buy something and will indeed lie to you to get it. Stay away from this location and dont trust a word they say. Really, this is your warning to save your dollars and the frustration youll face when you realize theyre dupping you. Oh yeah, if you owe direct tv anything they have taken this company over and will act as your bill collector then ask for even more money to open an account here. Highly disappointed! In December I upgraded to a new iPhone which Sam was my representative and apparently exchanged it wrong and now they want to charge me the difference. Every manager tells you something different no one is on the same page and no one is overly helpful. read more
