Every week there was some new employee here they hired, and that person had no idea where the last guy left off from the week before, and good luck getting a hold of the man in charge. You will be ignored for weeks on end until he sees fit to get back to you. Basically this is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with, and if I'm ever asked if I know of a company to refer, all I can say is. I definitely know of a company to never call! The colors were all washed out and dim. This was after we waited weeks for them the finish it. They kept telling us that the part was on order and wasn't in yet. My guess is that they may have used an aftermarket part, and not an original HP part to replace the screen and the driver. Very unhappy with the result. After they replaced it and turned it on, they could easily see that the screen behavior was sub-par, but they went ahead and gave it back to us. I would be very wary about using their services in the future.
