However, I thought I'd give Verizon Prepaid a try after purchasing a new iPhone SE. Yesterday, I went to the Verizon store in Mentor, OH to get established as a new customer and activate my new phone. I waited over 45 minutes, as I didn't have an appointment. I left feeling extremely frustrated by the rude and unhelpful staff and I didn't get my phone activated. I thought Verizon would give better service. I couldn't have been more wrong. I found Wireless Connect through the PagePlus website. This morning, I visited Wireless Connect and was completely impressed. A staff member transferred my SIM card from my old phone to the new one and had me connected to PagePlus within minutes. There was no wait. Also, I could have gotten Verizon PrePaid through them as well, and they offer many choices. They also sell phones and accessories too. I'm glad that I have such a great place to go for my cell phone needs.

I had previously had Verizon and was locked into a two year contract where I couldn't get a signal in my home (I moved there a few months after signing). Verizon offered to let me "buy" expensive equipment to help with the signal, but since I was paying close to one hundred bucks a month, I thought that was ridiculous to have to pay for something extra that should already have been given to me. Last week, Revol announced a new Droid phone so I figured I'd give it a shot. So far, I am very happy. I'm paying like half of what I was paying with Verizon each month and I am able to use it inside my home with no problems. I love the phone and love the low monthly rate even more. No problems here!

I took my son's phone to this place to get a new battery and the back glass fixed on his IPhone…read moreyesterday. We dropped it off about 11am and was told it would take about 3 hours. We go back up there at 4pm and was told it's still not ready to come back in 45 minutes. We get back up there at 5:15, get the phone and leave. 2 hours later the phone blew up! I take it back up there this morning and they tell me a technician needs to look at it and says it was the charger and all they can do is give me a $75 store credit as if I would EVER purchase anything from them again! They also took the battery out that they replaced when I went back up to get the phone back. If the battery was not the cause of the issue then why wouldn't you leave it in there? Seems shady to me.
