    Very poor service the salesmen didn't even know what the hell she was doing trying to push me to sign up for their ripoff AT&T next plan

What a huge mistake, there were only 3 people in the store and one employee (a younger boy) when I went in ( no greeting ) as he finished up with a young man in the store he finally addressed me. I believe he said I'll be a minute and went over to a young lady who had been there when I came in which was fine since she was there before me. He checked on something going on with backing up her phone and then came back over to assist me in replacing my screen protector that I had dropped and cracked. I've never felt like more of an unwanted customer. He said it would be $12.00 and I told him I usually go to the South Logan Zagg store and they charge me $10.00. He didn't bother to explain that the price had gone up ( if that is the case ) since I last visited my regular Zagg store and he made it seem like replacing my screen protector was something he would rather not be doing with his time. I will never visit the North Logan store again. Whenever I go to the South Logan store I am always welcomed in and I am treated almost as if I am family ( on the good side ). I have never felt unwelcome at any other store except the North Logan store.

All in all, it was roughly $200. This was a great price for the service. The servicemen are very friendly and personable. They want to make the customer happy and if you are dissatisfied with anything they will fix it. When they first applied the screen protector to my phone, it was very poorly done with bubbles and all. I wasn't happy with the state of it, and free of charge they applied a new one perfectly. They will get your repair right, and if not, just tell them! The quality of repairs is definitely not Apple level and could be better (took 2 attempts to put on screen protector) but for the cost it is very fair. Scheduling with them was easy and was less than a day wait. Recommended if you frequent this Walmart.

Gavin, the Associate working there has screwed us over and now he won't do anything to fix it. He said our first bill would be around $200. A month rolls around and it's almost $500. He "forgot" to tell us all about the start up fees. We called customer service and you think they helped us? No. We had to threaten them and tell them we would switch providers if they didn't fix it. After 3 different phone calls they finally did. We also did a trade in. I had the IPhone 8, not even a year old and my husband had the iPhone 7 Plus. We asked if we could do a trade in and get the new IPhone 10 for both of us. Gavin said that AT&T will give us gift cards of $400 to ANYWHERE and that they would send boxes to our house for us to send our old phones. 1 month goes past, finally get the boxes to send. 3 months goes past and 10 plus phone calls to get our gift cards to find out the gift cards can only be used for AT&T "merchandise." What a load of s*it! AT&T is the worst provider due to bad customer service, nickel and dimeing you any where they can and not even having the "best service." We will be changing providers as soon as we can. Don't be like us and think AT&T is less cost effecter because it isn't. It SUCKS all around.

I could. I wouldnt give this place even one star. They sucked. No professionalism at all.
