The woman finally returned with my new phone in a bag and basically said, here you go. When I got home, I could not get the phone to set up and when trying to call the store, it was a waste of time. I was placed on hold for an eternity and never did reach anyone to help me. Verizon does not have customer service, period. Very, very poor.
