It was very chaotic in the store and no one seemed to know what was going on. When I finally got someone to wait on me, they took my license and disappeared. The woman finally returned with my new phone in a bag and basically said, here you go. When I got home, I could not get the phone to set up and when trying to call the store, it was a waste of time. I was placed on hold for an eternity and never did reach anyone to help me. Verizon does not have customer service, period. Very, very poor. I cracked my phone screen a few months ago, and had it replaced here. I dropped my phone off, and came back in an hour like they told me to. The screen look wonderful, minus a little itty bitty chip near the speaker (like pin needle size, nothing major). So, like a few days later, I cracked the corned of the screen (I have really bad luck haha), near the speaker, but not on the "screen" itself. So that voided the warranty that they offer. Anyway, since they've replaced my screen, my phone doesn't black out like it should when I answer a phone call, and I've hung up on many, many people mid-phone call. In their defense, I never took it back to them because I figured the warranty had been voided and they probably wouldn't do anything about it. That is the only problem I've experienced since having my phone screen replaced. A few weeks ago, I cracked my screen again (this time it was in an Otterbox, ugh!). I plan on taking it back to Cellular Source to have them replace the screen. Overall, I would recommend this place.

So. With the…read moreunderstanding that this is still a newer store (within the past 2 to 3 years?) it's pretty much a flawless shopping experience for your Verizon needs. Be it phones, accessories, or just some general technical knowledge. And it's a pretty large location with working display models to test out and get a feel for before purchase. I say near flawless because, while it's not their fault, they don't really offer the best prices around. I know that's a franchise controlled concept, but my interaction was with the store not the actual corporation. The price was a 50 dollar difference, online with another store (still Verizon service) vs. in Store/Online with Verizon. The phone was bought elsewhere, but set up and received add ons through the Verizon Store I'm reviewing. Confused yet? Anyway, while that seems like I should review something else... Verizon is what started it and made the sale. I got to get in store and compare my top three phones with actual hands on use. Plus the clerk working with me had a lot of useful information and was able to give me a few secrets/differences that you wouldn't notice on a quick touch and go. Even explaining how one of the phones I was interested in was about to go off market... or how a wireless charge kit affected the batter compartment on certain phones, or didn't exist for others. Small things that while you may be interested in, you didn't think to ask before purchase. So it was extremely helpful in putting me on track for a phone I really like and enjoy using (plus use a lot!). Even after buying the phone through a competitor, the Verizon store was still extremely helpful in getting me set up with service. Showing me how to access great (user hidden) features, transferring my contacts and pictures from one phone to the next, etc. It was very helpful, and again, customer focused. I would definitely recommend you checking this store out for your future Verizon needs (new or upgrade). I don't think you'll be disappointed with their selection, or great customer service.

Ron M. assisted me today, and he was the best AT&T employee I've ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable and helped me quickly review and select my options, and now I feel confident I've made the best decisions on my upgrades with his help. He did a great job explaining all the equipment and plan differences and could answer all my questions well.
