Spoke with Jay today. I wanted to switch from my iPhone 14+ to the Motorola Razr+ 2025 in Mocha. I said this so many times of what phone I wanted. He comes out with a red phone, I didn't even realize it was the ultra. Then wants to sit here and said that I told him it's okay for the Ultra. Not once did this man refer to the phone as the ultra, just the price. I was confused because the price i saw at Best Buy was obviously different, it's a different store. So I'm assuming when he's saying $1320, that's the price for the Razr+ without Best Buys discounts. No thats the price for the Ultra. He doesn't even have the Razr+ in stock. Now I have the ultra and I have to come back in 24 hours to get this store to put my number back on my iPhone so I can go find the phone I actually want to buy. First of all, Jay was friendly up until HE made a mistake. Then suddenly it's I didn't communicate clearly even though I said when I walked in that I want the Razr+ because I played with it at Best Buy and thats what I want. Then instead of just apologizing for his mistake he keeps repeating "I'm not going to go back and forth with you" while PROCEEDING TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH ME. I said i dont care. I want my phone number on my iphone. He said he cant do that. I asked to speak to his manager. So he calls his manager and proceeds to not let me speak to them. I can understand if theres policies in place. But what I can't understand is the sheer lack of accountability someone could have. We all make mistakes, but flipping it back on me because you can't be like "I really made a mistake and I'm sorry. This is how this is fixed per company policy, which isn't going to give you your number back right away." Going back and forth with someone and gaslighting them is so backwards. read more

AT&T call center is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are full of lies and empty promises. They do not treat their customers with respect. If I were you I would stay far away from AT&T call centers. There are plenty of other cellular phone companies that deserve th hard-earned money that I make. Do yourself a favor if you have AT&T I would definitely run to switch phone companies. If I could give zero Stars that's what I would give them. 0 read more

Came to this store to see about having my old I-Phone 5S contents transferred to another I-Phone 5S, as the battery on my old phone was not functioning adequately. If I could give this place a zero I would. I was just in their store for a problem that my phone was having and I walked in and the woman did pretty much nothing to fix my phone and said it now I have to go to the Apple store so I drove 30 minutes to an Apple store when I walked in all they did was hold down a button press something else and they fixed it so maybe this store should train their people to know how to fix technical problems because that is ridiculous to make somebody drive a half an hour for a problem that they should know how to fix. read more
