Spoke with Jay today. I wanted to switch from my iPhone 14+ to the Motorola Razr+ 2025 in Mocha. I…read moresaid this so many times of what phone I wanted. He comes out with a red phone, I didn't even realize it was the ultra. Then wants to sit here and said that I told him it's okay for the Ultra. Not once did this man refer to the phone as the ultra, just the price. I was confused because the price i saw at Best Buy was obviously different, it's a different store. So I'm assuming when he's saying $1320, that's the price for the Razr+ without Best Buys discounts. No thats the price for the Ultra. He doesn't even have the Razr+ in stock. Now I have the ultra and I have to come back in 24 hours to get this store to put my number back on my iPhone so I can go find the phone I actually want to buy. First of all, Jay was friendly up until HE made a mistake. Then suddenly it's I didn't communicate clearly even though I said when I walked in that I want the Razr+ because I played with it at Best Buy and thats what I want. Then instead of just apologizing for his mistake he keeps repeating "I'm not going to go back and forth with you" while PROCEEDING TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH ME. I said i dont care. I want my phone number on my iphone. He said he cant do that. I asked to speak to his manager. So he calls his manager and proceeds to not let me speak to them. I can understand if theres policies in place. But what I can't understand is the sheer lack of accountability someone could have. We all make mistakes, but flipping it back on me because you can't be like "I really made a mistake and I'm sorry. This is how this is fixed per company policy, which isn't going to give you your number back right away." Going back and forth with someone and gaslighting them is so backwards.

Fast and helpful service, very friendly staff. Will come back to this location for any cellular…read moreneeds from now on

When I walked in, there were 3 customers, 2 being served, another waiting. I made 4. I received a…read moresingle, "Hello," and no further acknowledgement. They were working at a snails pace, and one clerk left the floor for 10 minutes in the middle of serving a customer. The other customer in the store was getting frustrated. When you are stuck in this situation you start to notice things: 1. Someone had left a cup of soda on one of the display tables. 2. The displays were grimy with dust and finger prints. 3. Empty spots on displays hinted at low stock and poor offerings. 4. Two empty sales counters, one with a ragged tablet, and the other with wires sticking out. 5. The floors have not been swept or mopped in a long time. 6. There is more blank wall space than there is display space. 7. The music playing was too loud and maybe appealed to the young girls running the store, but not to the 50+ group of customers (I'm 63, the other guy was in his 70, and the two women customers were obviously at least 50, 2 more customers walked in that looked to be in their 60s, so a smooth jazz, soft R&B, etc. would have been appropriate.) 8. Neither employee bothered to update anyone on when we might be served.

He was able to help two at a time. I had gotten there around 10:30-10;45. At 11 two more store associates showed up and the store cleared out quickly after that. All associates were very professional. They did everything with a smile and were able to help everyone without the customers getting angry. The only drawback to the whole experience, why was there only associate working on your busiest day of the week.

On 10/2 I flew to Florida from New York just for a quick weekend trip . I visited this T-Mobile…read morebecause I needed to carry my number from sprint to T-Mobile . Back in NY I was told in order to port my number to sprint I would have to transfer my number to a prepaid line because T-Mobile wouldn't be able to do it . MIND YOU 2 different T-Mobile stores in Ny told me this . I come all the way to this Apopka store just for them to tell me I didn't need to go through the process of transferring my number to a prepaid service. The lovely employees called up sprint and T-Mobile and easily ported my phone number over . After 3 hours of going back and forth because I had already transferred my number to Cricket and trying to get my number back from them . && sprint having me on hold most of the time . My number was transferred. WITH OUT GOING THROUGH a prepaid service AND I ordered my new iPhone && I'm free of sprint ! ! . I just want to THANK OCTAVIUS M , you let me know it's a whole lotta cap going on up here at NY T-Mobile. THANKS TO TYRELL H , && SUSHI V . , y'all really held it down and helped me a lot . The mannerisms and hospitality of the 3 employees in this store were superb .
