Cricket Wireless has the worse Customer Service I have experienced. Seriously thinking about not continuing service with them.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this place, the use of VERY deceptive…read morerepair promises are a problem here. They will tell you anything to get the sale, and you're stuck arguing with them if you run into any problems. Trust me when I say this, the management is not about helping customers, they're solely about covering their bottom line. This particular retail location promised repairs on my iPhone 6 plus, I didn't even get a full hour use out of the phone before it failed. I return immediately but was told they wouldn't be able to refund me my money, and they didn't know why the phone was no longer working. I asked for my old parts to be placed back on my phone(which they did), but still kept my money. I am out of $120 just because I blindly trusted this company. Stay away, I repeat stay away. I wish I had looked up some reviews before making the impulse decision that I did, but I was desperate and in a hurry.

On Sunday 4/23/17, my daughter, who LITERALLY just turned 16, took some of her birthday money to…read moreget her IPhone screen replaced at All Cell. The screen was not cracked, it simply had a chip in the top corner. SOME guy working at All Cell told her the credit card machine was down, but he would replace her screen for $80 cash (no work order or info taken). My naive daughter gave him the cash and left the store while he worked on her phone. Upon returning, she found that her PREVIOUSLY technically sound phone only displayed half of the screen. The guy's response was "I don't have time to figure out what's wrong with it - we're closing." The guy returned her money and she left with an unusable phone. As an obviously aggravated parent, I returned to the store on Monday to get this resolved and tell the story, to which (understandably) I was told there was no record of this deal. I said to the guy working the counter, "check your inventory because I guarantee you are short one iPhone 6 screen." This guy says there's nothing he can do, but the manager would be in on Tuesday. Long story short, I go in today (Tuesday) and the manager starts talking and saying that the guy, who did the shady repair on Sunday, only works on the weekends and she can't contact him to find out what happened, really? She can't contact her own employee?? She didn't even offer to check their security camera to see if my story matched the time I told them my daughter and her friends came in, nor did she offer to check her inventory to see if they were a screen short which would confirm my story. She then offered to replace it for $99, which I politely but understandably declined. Please note the cost of the repair stated by the manager was $99, but the guy on Sunday charged $80 (cash only), that just goes to show you how unethical this place is. I went to UBREAKIFIX at the corner of Maitland and 436 and they took care of repairing All Cell's damage to her phone for 40% less and the work is flawless. Stay away from this rip-off store and shady employees. They took advantage of my 16 year old daughter and quite possibly would do the same to you.

Super easy to pick a vendor and I went with uBreakiFix here as it showed the battery I needed was in stock. The store called to make initial contact which I thought was nice. I stopped in on a Sunday when they opened at noon and was greeted quickly. Gave the employee the info and he validated the insurance claim, was quoted 2 hours for the battery replacement and informed that the screen protector would likely be shattered in the process. There was a slight issue that required another 30-45 minutes after the initial time estimate. By the end of it all the battery was replaced and phone working like new. My main recommendation would be to make it right when it comes to screen protectors if installed as some can be expensive. If something breaks in other industries the repairman will normally try to make it right and replace whatever is broken in the process I think that should be included as it'll cost me at least $20 to get a new one for something that should've been entirely covered.

I've done this numerous times at locations in Texas but am in FL for an extended stay. Guy looked at phone and said it's your charging port and not cleaning. . Was not really interested in cleaning it. Guess they were busy with other jobs. I went home and used ChatGPT for step by step cleaning instructions. Pulled out some lint and bam, port is charging.

After about 10-minutes a female associate walked into the showroom from the back, wiping her mouth as if she just ate. She was lethargic, inattentive, and couldn't comprehend why we were there. She took my license to scan, and then talked on her phone to someone else. When I asked for my license back, she said it was their policy to keep my ID until after the transaction. I explained that our transaction was over, and after insisting that she return my license, she finally did. We left, and went to the Cranes Roost store, where we received excellent service and exchanged two phones. The associate there explained that it certainly wasn't their policy to keep my ID, just to scan it to prevent fraud and protect my account. This made sense. I will avoid the Jamestown store at all costs. Very strange and unsettling experience. My daughter was in the process of texting me to let me know she was uncomfortable with the associate just prior to my cancelling the visit, so this was not just a matter of a misunderstanding. This was a matter of very poor performance by someone who, if she were working for me, would be fired immediately.

Manager and sales associates are deceptive and will absolutely lie to your face about promotions…read more(including telling you their store has a special promotion when it doesn't) and will misrepresent terms of general promotions even when asked directly for clarification. They added fees for "upgrades" without my consent (AT&T Protect Advantage and AT&T Next) even though I specifically asked them NOT to add those features. When approached about the fraudulent sales tactics and blatant lies after reviewing the bill, the store manager literally told us that he didn't care because "AT&T would have to pay for it" and not them. Yikes! Obviously, this is the type of store/management that will do anything and everything to increase their sale quotas, with absolutely no accountability from AT&T corporate. I upgraded my phone, added a second line with new phone, and added AT&T Internet Air that day. As a customer of at least 15 years, I've upgraded my device/plan in stores before and this is the only location that absolutely lied about everything they were doing on the account. At the very least, go to a different store or complete your transaction online. I personally would probably go with a different carrier altogether at this point. Not worth the hassle. If AT&T won't hold their retail locations accountable, then I have to assume they endorse it. I could probably find a better deal elsewhere anyways. (Manager: Kevin, Sales Associate: Rayan S.)
