Original review: You…read morecan't trust them. They sell you a deal, misrepresent the terms of the deal, and then later deny that those terms were ever possible. They are also rude. My experience with Verizon hasn't always been this disconcerting, but I have now had multiple poor experiences with different employees at this location. Some transactions have been good, and some so-so, and some just super suck. Record the details of your transaction and keep that record. Maybe then they won't be so glib and misleading. Addendum to my review (11/1/19): Shortly after I submitted my review, I was contacted by a regional manager for GoWireless named Mallory. Mallory was very understanding and helpful in trying to address my concerns. She offered to assist me one-on-one at the local location, and did so, even though it was out of her way. If not for Mallory, I would likely no longer be a Verizon customer. Thank you Mallory. The level of service outside of Mallory is inconsistent at best. However, with new leadership and Mallory's professionalism and attention to customer service, hopefully this location will turn around, and her level of intervention will no longer be necessary. I'll give them another chance.

We switched to Verizon in August and honestly regret the decision. It has been one issue after…read moreanother, with misinformation, broken promises, and hours upon hours wasted trying to fix problems Verizon created. Our phones were delayed, one of the phones/package we ordered was incorrect, and we were told by Manager Gary that even though the mistake was Verizon's, we still had to pay the additional monthly charge. We then spent FOUR HOURS with Gary trying to activate our phones, only to discover they had not been properly transferred from our previous carrier. As a result, our entire family--including our daughter away at college--was without phone service for two days over a weekend. We were promised a $200 credit for the inconvenience. We followed Verizon's instructions, brought the bill into the store, and spent hours again trying to get the credit applied. Gary told us he would follow up and specifically told us not to pay the bill until he resolved it. He never followed up. Instead, we started receiving late notices. We then called Verizon customer service on 9/18/26. That call is recorded. The representative acknowledged the situation, apologized, told us the $200 adjustment would be made, and instructed us to wait 48 hours and that the late charge would be removed. None of that happened. Instead, Verizon shut off our phones. We then had to pay $120 just to have our service restored. We were told Verizon would investigate the recorded 9/18 call and get back to us within 72 hours. Again--nothing. My husband eventually went to the main Verizon store in Bensalem and spent another two hours trying to get someone to take responsibility. The store representative was even hung up on twice by a supervisor while trying to get assistance. We also found out that Gary NEVER applied our trade in phones so he essentially stole them and now we 489, not 289. We have recorded calls, text messages, and documentation supporting what we were told and the promises that were made. At what point does someone at Verizon actually take ownership? This isn't just about the money. It's about hours of our time, being given conflicting information, having promises repeatedly broken, and ultimately having our phones disconnected because Verizon failed to correct its own mistake. We switched to Verizon expecting better service. Instead, this has been one of the worst customer-service experiences we've ever had. Do yourself a favor and do your research before switching to Verizon. I wish we had
