After having a horrible experience dealing with AT&T placing my order over the phone, I ended up having to go into the store to ultimately place and fix my order. They were so amazing and went above and beyond to get us what we needed to make it happen that day. This stores customer service is horrible. I've been waiting for 6 months for my 21% employer discount(which I found out was never added to my account) So now I have to wait another 1-4 months. I also have been waiting for a promo deal to come off my bill(samsung s9 bogo) which apparently I can't get now because I had to exchange a phone a week after I started my plan. When asked why I wasn't told that can happen I was told because they didn't know it could. So I have to pay extra money now and suffer because these people don't know how to inform their clients or future clients proper information. I asked if I can get a credit or something to make things right, I was told no and even though I was never told it's still the policy. read more

We had a great experience at the AT&T store in the Oxford Valley Mall. Our salesman Chris, was excellent. We had just come from the Verizon store and found it so refreshing to actually speak to someone who really knows their product(s). Chris not only straightened out my sons account but sold me on a new iPhone 6s+ Chris was very friendly yet professional. As long as you keep employees like Chris I, and my family, will remain customers. The employees at the Verizon store on Oxford Valley Rd. Should take lessons from him. read more

In tonight after leaving a non corporate store that closed early so had to go to the mall where the AT&T store was open an hour later. Walked in at 8:40 store was open till 9 and was greeted promptly by a young gentleman near the entrance who was eager to sell me something. I told him I needed to pay my bill and he pointed to the back so I went back and another gentleman had earbuds on sitting on a chair at a high top table, he didn't say anything so I said I would like to pay my bill and he said cash or credit, I said cash and he quickly responded it has to be exact change. I said I guess I can pay extra. He pointed to a kiosk. I went and started paying my bill at the self-serve kiosk. I said I thought I could pay a human at the back counter and he said yeah you could. Then a third male employee comes out from the back and greeted me appropriately. At this time there were no customers and three employees in the store. The kiosk made you enter the amount of the payment but then ignored the amount you enter and took my 20's that had to be put in 1 at a time, not very convenient. I have been an AT&T customer since before it was called AT&T. What has happened to customer service? the guy that said no change never got off his stool. Maybe they should stop having commissioned employees or have managers that manage. I would have rathered there be no employees but a 24-hour kiosk. Guess these people have no vested interest and don't see the future when their job is replaced by machines. The money I pay to AT&T each month is almost $200.00. I have to ask myself about how people are being raised these days with no work ethics. Parents need to accept responsibility for raising kids that just don't care about being responsible. Ultimately companies need to do much better selecting employees and managing them. I guess my loyalty means nothing. read more

Well, I knew it would be busy walking in on a Sunday afternoon, no problem. But the way I was "greeted" by the lovely employee was deplorable. She walks up to me and does greet me. Then came the eye-rolling and off-putting looks. I asked a simple question and she was obviously frustrated about my reply, again eye-rolling and sighing. Really though? So she goes to the Manager with my question, obviously speaking loud enough for me to hear. The Manager was the saving grace of this review being 2 stars instead of one. How bout that customer service. Unreal. If you're that unhappy go work somewhere else please, and save us the awful experience of having to speak to you. I'm sorry, I don't work for AT&T. I had different aspirations. I don't know what the difference is in a trade-in and buy-back. Does this mean since you don't know the difference between a 12 lead EKG vs. a 5 lead monitor strip I shouldn't help you when you're having a heart attack? Oh wait! No... I'd still save your life. (This is a comment on AT&T wireless customer service generally - not this specific location) Our family bought new I-Phones for our grandchildren for Christmas (2017) with AT&T wireless service. Unfortunately, after delivery to a local Fed Ex distribution center, the phones were stolen before they could be delivered (verified by Fed-Ex tracking). Since the phones were being purchased under an AT&T phone upgrade contract and were tied to the old telephone numbers, AT&T advised that it would take 24 hours to cancel the old contracts and release those numbers for new phones. It has now been almost 72 hours, multiple conversations with various AT&T customer service reps with conflicting information, several broken promises for action/response and nothing has been done. If AT&T can't get their act together, the kids aren't going to get their main Christmas presents this year. Thanks, AT&T. If AT&T responds and something changes, I'll update this review read more

I would probably give them more of a 3.5 star because while the employees are really nice and helpful, the wait time is very ridiculous. Get ready to wait while you are here. They do put your name on the list, but the times that I've been in the store, there are at least two employees to one customer. That's not very efficient to help the wait time for customers. read more

Moira was so nice and helpful w/a small but critical iPhone tech issue, i.e., not being able to get my email to download. Although there was someone who came in while she was helping me, Moira didn't give me short shrift or limit her attentiveness or explanation of how to avoid it from happening in the future.
