I've never seen a Best Buy this small and it's located in a strip mall. We were looking for someone to help us no one ever came. We look at some things on our own look at the boxes and determine that we could find this receiver somewhere cheaper so we left I'm not sure if I would recommend this place. They're not good at making sure if customers are walking around in an area, they don't have anyone coming to make sure that they don't need any assistance. All the workers were at the front of the store or over in the geek squad area.

Assistant refused to to take my computer and do it for me unless I signed up for their $199 maintenance plan. I replaced this myself on regular CPU units but never the all-in-one and was concerned with breaking the back cover. Told her forget it, I'll YouTube it and figure it out myself. Took me about 10 minutes to get it done myself, and about 6 minutes of that was just reviewing the videos to see where the battery was located. I won't use them again and will look for a local computer shop.

Anyway we got into a a little heated discussion and I had him open the unit and there was only one belt around the motor and the two fly wheels. I showed the illustration which showed the additional belt in the schematic. I was told that it was run for a "long time on the there bench". I didn't argue any further paid the bill and brought the unit home. Connected it to the system and the tape deck made noise and there was a ridiculous amount of wow and flutter that the tape was unplayable. The only thing that was fixed on the deck was the door now opens. Very disappointed to say the least.

AJ is such a good representative for the type of service that all Best Buy's should want to offer. He's very knowledgeable and I had a lot of information about installation and preparing for delivery. Nick helped me buy the camera. I cannot tell you how helpful he was and helping me to figure out which camera to purchase. I am very grateful for his assistance! I had an extremely frustrating experience with Best Buy involving a $1,164.94 Store Pickup order…read more Before taking possession of the phone, I contacted Best Buy and asked to cancel the order or change it to shipping. I was told it could not be canceled. The problem is that Best Buy's own published cancellation policy specifically states that Store Pickup orders can be canceled "anytime." Because they would not cancel the order, the store ultimately had to process the phone as picked up and then immediately return it, even though the merchandise never needed to leave Best Buy's possession. Then another issue appeared. Best Buy's Order Details showed the original $1,164.94 payment associated with my Best Buy Credit Card ending in 4184, while the $1,164.94 return was displayed as associated with Mastercard ending in 2069. I have screenshots documenting the original payment, the return information, and Best Buy's published "Cancel anytime" policy. What should have been a simple cancellation turned into multiple contacts with Customer Service, a trip to the store, an unnecessary pickup/return process, a refund discrepancy, and multiple escalations. I've now escalated the matter to Best Buy corporate and contacted Best Buy's social-media support team. I have also filed a consumer complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. I am still giving Best Buy the opportunity to resolve this. I want the $1,164.94 refund properly accounted for, an explanation for why the published cancellation policy wasn't followed, and reasonable compensation for the time and inconvenience this situation has caused. I will update this review if Best Buy resolves the matter appropriately.
