She inserted all of the wrong SIM cards in the phones. I wasn't even with my parents, but because I am on the family plan and she had no clue what she was doing, my phone SHUT OFF. WILD. I had to go to another AT&T store the next day to get it turned back on. The guy there said whoever my parents dealt with the night before totally screwed up everything on our plan. To boot - Rebekah was unapologetic. Everyone we spoke to said she was clueless and had no idea how to do her job...great strategy to make her store manager. Don't go here. Period. You'll regret it.

Hours on the phone and in the store trying to resolve a billing issue and the only answers I get are "I can't help, that's corporate". I was told by Brian (store manager) that his boss won't call me back and that if he gives me his supervisors name or contact information, he'll be fired. What an awful way to run a business. Calls to corporate are a series of blowoffs and transfers that seems designed to make you give up, simply restating the problem and sending me away. I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken. Apple wanted about as much as a new watch would cost to fix it. Aaron's price was fair and he even fixed the crown which had become unresponsive after the screen cracked. Exactly 34 days after he did that, I dropped my phone in order to keep myself from falling. Even with my protective case the screen took another hit and was shattered. I was four days beyond my warranty and my cell phone repair did the repair for me again and extended my warranty. I felt so happy and grateful for the extension.
