Overall, it depends on how you get the experience and be a one-star experience or a five-star experience. If anything seems fishing, ask for a manager or reach out to corporate immediately.

I had a few bumps along the way from the phone number and the phone itself which I worked out with a very knowledgeable person on the phone to help solve my issues. I wish I new the where the man worked out of but his name was Mike. He jumped hoops and gave me so many discounts I was like where did this guy come from..he had me up and my account was at an discount better than going into the store. He even stayed on the line as I went into the T mobile store for the help he couldn't do on his end. After in which the man at the store couldn't do he gave me the discounts a few days later to offset what they wouldn't do at the store.. thank God for this gentleman as he saved his company from me going to Verizon. For that and when my bill couldn't get fixed at other times the team on the phone is much better than dealing with the help at the store. Hats off to T Mobile home team I'm here to stay.....

The workers are pretty friendly for the most part though and have always given me good service so I will give some credit there. Outside of this, as a Pro Member (who does not intend on renewing their subscription), I am incredibly disappointed to see GameStop participate in the pokemon scalping nonsense. The 2-3x MSRP mark ups on ETBs, UPCs, and booster bundles is completely nonsensical and has more or less alienated myself, and many others, from ever wanting to give GameStop business now or in the near future. I said "oh I wanted a new one" The boy behind the counter told me that Sony isn't making new PS4s anymore, and that I had to buy a used one. He lied to my face to try and make a sale. I understand that GameStop is struggling but lying to your customers to make a sale is not how you're going to pull through. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. No explanation. No accountability. No interest in making it right. He did not answer which was very suspicious. I disputed the charge with my bank. They did not get paid. This is an authorized reseller (Wireless Zone) and not a Verizon corporate store.
