I was amazed at the wide range of equipment available, all organized by price range in five dedicated listening rooms. Sometimes they get deals from manufacturers that are truly stunning! Most recently I wanted to upgrade an old turntable and was able to try out units over a wide range of price points, until I tried an Technics SL-1200G (Grand Class) in the high-end room. Nice but expensive and very heavy (40 lbs). Nick G. walked me through all the various options and I ended up ordering the black-finish version (SL-1210G). When placing the order, Nick noted that he lived very near my house and offered to drop off the new unit once it was in stock and set-up. But a few days later I got a call that the unit was back-ordered and could take over a month to arrive. So he offered to drop off their demonstration unit at my house in the meantime! Three weeks later, the SL-1210G arrived and Nick took care of dropping off the new one and picking up their unit. Now that is amazing service!

Instead of listening or clarifying, she had a condescending attitude and behaved as though helping me was a favor rather than her job. Customer service requires patience, accuracy, and basic respect. Unfortunately, she showed none of those qualities. The dismissive tone and lack of accountability made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this interaction, she should not be working in a customer-facing role if you don't have simple patience or respect. Definitely sad to say, but lost my business over one employee.

Ozzy decided to just separate my line, sadly that means I am a new customer and can't migrate to TMobile now if I wanted to. I will have to wait a year. He pushed so hard to try and get me credit or a better Amazon prime deal but the best they could do was, I get the Auto pay savings without being on Autopay. I guess $5 is $5. At least I am saving $20 a month now. I have never seen anyone with so much patience as he had. Extremely friendly, courteous and stayed positive the entire time. He is truly an asset to this location as the last two guys that were there at the end of last year were not very helpful with this issue. Thank you, Ozzy, for all you did. I then had him refoam my CV D-1's. I supplied the factory replacements which turned out to be wrong. He ordered the correct ones and installed them within one week. He didn't charge me extra for the ones he bought. He's getting my vintage Pioneer receiver for maintenance next. I did a lot of research of area repair shops.
