My family and I recently switched to AT&T after 20 years with another carrier. Justin was great from the get go. His knowledge and customer service skills far exceeded our expectations. We literally closed down the store! Hence the reason it's empty in the photos. However, Justin patiently stayed well past closing time along with his manager Mateo to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we were 100% happy with our transition. I have waited a little over a week to post this review to see how AT&T's 5G service upheld and we are so pleased we just switched our home internet to AT&T yesterday Thank you Justin, Mateo & Brandon for being patient, knowledgeable and for FINALLY assisting us in obtaining a service that we can actually utilize and that we are beyond satisfied with! You all are appreciated more than you know!! This review is an easy 5 stars I HIGHLY recommend this store and AT&T.

I understand this stores low rating. It starts at the top with the District manager who told me, "I…read moredon,t care how you were treated, I will ALWAYS side with my employees over a customer! " I came in to reactivate my service and I explained to the employee who was more interested in her cell phone then me the entire time that I'd already called customer service and she also just needed to the same. She went thru a bunch of unnecessary steps, including contacting her manager, all while texting back and forth on her phone the entirety of the visit. I.m so glad we were right under the stores camera when I mentioned I've done this job before and all you have to do is call customer service like I said! She,s totally racially profiling me cause I'm black k and have deeds. She looks at me like I just pulled out a gun on her. She jumps up and says , " you.re making me feel uncomfortable and I don't have to work with you." Then walks away and calls her district manager! If you're reading this stay away from this RACIST, BIGOTED, store. I've already contacted an attorney to see if I have a case. I asked the young Caucasian girl with years of overdue dental work her name and she covered up her tag so you couldn't,t see who she is! Do not shop here.,

James helped me setup a new line on my account using an existing phone. He was friendly and engaging while we completed the paperwork and really patient explaining to me the final price as I misunderstood twice what the new total would be. The only caveat is next time if I need to go to the store I'll make an appointment. Didn't know I could do that and was lucky my wait was only 10 minutes or so.

Excellent customer service! I came here two weeks ago and purchased a open box LG sound bar…read moreunknowingly they did not give me the wireless subwoofer to go with it. I called the Customer Care because there's no way to call directly into the stores anymore and they said just go to the store they'll have it for you. Your account is notated. I got to the store today and Michael was helping me initially and he couldn't find it. He said there's nothing I could do. I don't know what to tell you pretty much. The issue with that is it says Excellebt condition and it comes with a subwoofer so I need that or an additional discount on it since I didn't receive everything I should have. I asked to speak to his manager that he goes to get him. His name was Jerry and he immediately delves into the situation and comes back with the subwoofer in hand same manufacturer date as the sound bar that I have and everything. I'm really, really excited that Jerry was able to find it and didn't just throw in the towel and say there's nothing I could do for you. Thank you so much Jerry!

Their return policy is 15 days. I was very snottily told last night that I bought the product "last…read moremonth". It was 20 days ago right before I left on a week vacation. I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for decades, have easily spent well over $15,000 there. NO MORE. Customer Service is now terrible, their return policy is ludicrous. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY EVER AGAIN! At this point I'll spend more money to get the same products elsewhere. At least I get decent customer service from Amazon.

I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. This will probably be my first stop when I do. I highly recommend checking out this place for your cracked screen needs.

Jeff was an amazing Pc repair man. He is very knowledgeable and gives his all into his work and you…read morecan tell by the final product. It did take a while for our computer to get fixed but let me tell you it was so worth the wait but majority of the time was waiting for parts. We had a hp omen and took it to a different shop at first and had them put the guts of the omen into the new case so I could put a bigger liquid cooler in. Then that shop started telling me that they couldn't get the liquid cooler to work with the hp omens motherboard. So they sold me one of the motherboards they had and put it in. When I got it home it was reaching super high temperatures and sounded like a jet the whole time it was on. That computer shop did a horrible job and sold me a bad motherboard. When Jeff got into the computer he confirmed that the motherboard they sold me was bad. I regret us taking it to another computer shop and not just going to Jeff. Jeff was very understanding with what we wanted and what had happened. When jeff got into the computer we decided we wanted him to put everything into a new case and put in a different liquid cooler. When Jeff opened the computer up the whole thing was pretty much bad (not Jeff's doing though). The parts we ended up getting was a new case for more airflow (NZXT H7 Flow - CM-H71FB-01 - ATX Mid Tower PC Gaming Case), a bigger liquid cooler (NZXT - Kraken Z73 RGB 360MM Liquid Cooling System), a new power supply because the one I had the cables were to short to reach everything (NZXT C850 PSU (2022) - PA-8G1BB-US - 850 Watt PSU - 80+ Gold Certified ), four fans (NZXT AER RGB 2 - HF-28140-B1 - 140mm), led strips (NZXT Underglow Accessory, AH-2UGKK-A1, Two 300mm RGB LED Strips), and then I changed from AMD motherboard to a intel motherboard. The new one is NZXT - Z590 (Socket LGA 1200) USB 3.2 Intel Motherboard with Wifi. The processor we bought is a Intel - Core i9-11900K 11th Generation - 8 Core - 16 Thread - 3.5 to 5.3 GHz - LGA1200. Jeff communicated with us about everything and was very patient with us when ordering parts. He takes his time with his work and cares about everything he does including wire management. Jeff also helped carry the computer and parts to the car because my boyfriend could not lift due to having surgery a week prior. I can not express how thankful we are to Jeff for getting the computer fixed and how caring he is. He texted after we got it home to make sure we weren't having any problems and that we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend PC ParaMedix to everyone. From now on I will always bring my computer to Jeff. Do not take you computer anywhere else but Jeff (especially flux they don't care about there work or customers). His work is worth every penny and the time we had to wait was worth it.
