So sad, been to this location twice to get some help. The ladies that work there have not been too kind and actually very rude. I've noticed most of the men employees, who were there in the past, are no longer there. The Post Falls group or the Sandpoint group have been really great! I've never had an issue. I avoid the Hayden location at all costs as long as those ladies are there. Maybe something can be done about this. read more

We accidentally made a $970 payment for our Direct TV while trying to pay a credit card bill online. It took over 35 hours on the phone and one and a half months to receive our money back. Unfortunately AT&T decided to help themselves to an additional month payment without our permission and they decided to send us a credit card with the balance on it. I have never experienced such a kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to help me and my husband with our account. We had gone to the Ironwood store (Hayden was closed due to COVID19 so we didn't have a choice, Hayden has always been our go to store) and they completely abolished our account! they had also done fraudulent activity on our account without our knowledge and the Hayden store took control of the situation to make everything right! :) I can't thank them enough! Every time I go to this store I receive the worst customer service. This last time I was insulted by not being helped at all. I called 611 when I left the store and got an English speaking person to help me. I'll be going to a Spokane store or calling 611 if I ever need help again. I was being charged almost $300 for 3 phone lines and the store refused to help me. Worst customer service I've ever received at a att store. I recently purchased a refurbished phone online and went to see about a sim card and possibly transfer data from my existing phone to new one. A big shoutout to Sandra for accomplishing both items with very little trouble and all for the cost of a new sim card. ($5.30 w/tax) You can't do better than that. Purchased a new iphone 12 mini.over $1100 with all the accessories and charging pad, for my husband as a Christmas gift. He's not as excited about technology as I am, so I help him through it. He actually loved he phone, but once we got it into the pelican case and put the tempered glass screen protector on, he had trouble sliding the bar at the bottom of the phone to answer it. I've had iPhones since they came out years ago. I don't know everything about them but I do know how to use them, I as well had trouble sliding it in the case. Took it out of the case, no problem????? We assumed it was the case, so he took it back, case an all and tried to explain to the rude millennials who now work there and show them what happens. Without going into extreme detail, he went away frustrated, annoyed and angry. All they did was make him feel like an idiot. Told him the phone is defective, they can't exchange it and we have to go to SPOKANE to have it fixed. WHAT???? I called spoke to Stephanie, she said she would try to help him if he came back at 4:00.. this is Sunday after Christmas. She said we could bring the phone back, but still have to pay the $55 restocking fee and she would give him another phone. This way we didn't have to try to get an appointment at the apple store in SPOKANE which I have heard is a nightmare. He went back, Stephanie wasn't there, she left????? WTF?? The "manager" who is also "Stephanie" would NOT exchange the phone, took the phone, made a change in settings which didn't help, and sent him away!!!! The way he was treated by everyone he came in contact with was degrading and disrespectful. We have been AT &T customers for 20 years, we have a business account with them, we own a multi million dollar business in town, we are polite and kind and to be treated this way after all these years is saddening. Customer service no longer exists. We will continue to be AT &T customers however I will NEVER go to the Hayden, Idaho AT&T store again, for ANYTHING, EVER. I'm ready for an upgrade on my iPhone, I will go to Best Buy. These people at AT &T don't even know how to work the phones that they sell. Shouldn't you know everything about what you are selling? Went into the store as a grumpy old bear - after hearing from my friends that their Verizon bill was almost half of what mine was (with more data no less). I had my mind made up to switch and wasn't very cordial with the lady who checked me in for service. Never the less, she helped me find a comfortable bench while I waited for an associate to get my account number. After what seemed like hours, and two trips to the restroom next door - it was finally my turn, I was greeted by a very bubbly gal named Mimi. She tried to listen and get me to sit at the table with her, but I was on a mission to get my account number and split. You might say I was border line hostile after waiting so long, but she was so friendly no matter how snide I was - even though I didn't deserve it. As I was waiting for her to get my info looked up on her pad - she mentioned a new plan and how she could probably even get me a phone with a tablet and get 3x the data for less money - now I was intrigued! Mimi did a great job of soothing my anxiety and assured me she would love to help me no matter what I chose to do, and her body language told me she was sincere. I was so happy that she listened and calmed me down, because I love this new tablet. Mimi if you read this - I'm sorry for being so rude. If the manager reads this - give her a raise! read more

I've been a loyal att customer for almost a decade. Went in to the Hayden store to get a new phone and ended up with a Samsung Galaxy S5 active, as well as a new phone for my wife and new att phones for the business, home, and internet. After being told that the S5 active was the most durable phone that att currently stocked, as well as purchasing a hard case and screen protector, I inquired as to the decision of purchasing insurance. Though my line of work is usually quite hard on phones, the salesman told me " this is the same phone I have, with the extra case and screen protector, you shouldn't need insurance". 18 days later, my phone was dropped from approximately 4 feet and cracked the internal screen - not the new case or the screen protector. After being told that insurance shouldn't be necessary, I now have a $650 paperweight and the assistant manager telling me that I should've purchased insurance. On the positive side, they did hand me a piece of paper with samsung's customer service number before they told me that they couldn't do anything for me. Be very careful when purchasing from att, after 18 days with a new phone and 9 years of being a loyal customer, I'm trapped into paying for a phone that won't work because of the staff recommendations. As soon as I find a gym bag with $650 to pay off the phone, I'll be canceling all of my att service indefinitely. read more
