I want to share such an amazing customer service experience that I had yesterday at Wireless World…read moreat 757 Grafton St., Worcester. Sometimes we are so quick to complain and write negative reviews, but don't take the time to share such positive experiences. I highly recommend Wireless World. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing. Jose went above and beyond to try to help me fix the phone so I could at least retrieve the pictures. He also gave me a very reasonable deal on a iPhone, tempered glass, screen, protector, and case. I would give him a 10 star review if I could. Thank you Jose!

They fully admitted their error but refused to take any responsibility and proffer the my they initially admitted I was owed. It started when the incompetent moron they employed in this store did not properly port my number over. Once I find the error I called their call center. The problem was fixed, they told me I'd get a refund for the 6 months of overpayment and a month on free service. The promised refund did not come. It took 4 more calls--over 2 hours each--for them to give me nothing at all. They opened two inquiries but closed them without any investigation. I was told to bring the bills from the other company to the store and they would get me the refund. Despite being my only option, I suspected they would do nothing; and I was right. I gave them the time line and was promised a callback with an update on the following Monday. They never called. I tried call multiple times but I sent to voicemail every time. Ironic that a phone store never answers the phone. I went to store and that's when everything fell apart. They began by going back on EVERYTHING they and the call center said. They blamed me for their errors and refused to take any responsibility. I was left without the promised refund and by being a feeling that they blamed me for their errors. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE. if you can get rid of AT&T.

The young man that helped us was very nice and courteous and replaced it rather quickly at a reasonable cost. I needed a replacement of the tempered glass for my phone. He meticulously applied, making sure no bubbles, etc. & cleaned my whole phone. It was less than $16 for that. What?! If I went to Apple or Verizon it would cost $40 or $50. Great customer service and we were very pleased.

I mentioned this to him, his response was that "he hadn't seen the Face ID work before working on the phone" which meant "he couldn't do anything for me" I mentioned to him that I myself had experience handling electronics (IPhone 7s, IPhone XR) all of which I replaced screens for me and friends 2x, I suggested to him had he turned off the phone before replacing the screen? His response " I took the screen off then unplugged the battery" this answered my question for why the Face ID on my phone which was now no longer working. Prior to walking into this establishment my Face ID was indeed working, I've attached screen shots. I initially went in for a diagnostic and trialed two options for fixing my phone to no avail. They offered me a refund for the repairs that did not end up solving my issue and let me know that they could proceed to take another step, but that it could end up bricking my phone if it did not work. I opted to err on the side of caution since my phone still functioned and decided to pursue another option that Pan Pan suggested based on my insurance/warranty. I was able to get a replacement phone quickly after he assisted me with the paperwork involved so I'm grateful for his excellent service and knowledge of the repairs/insurance. Overall it ended up being cheaper than the cost of the repairs too.
