HORRIBLE store with a HORRIBLE manager. I have reported them to corporate and waiting for a…read moreresponse back on Monday. I was in the store 7/30/25 to price their phones. Nicholas was assisting me but was quite obviously did not know what he was doing. I needed 2 personal lines and a business line. We liked the plan but the number for the bill was still more than ATT so we said we preferred not to switch. An assistant manager then stepped in, he took the paper quote I had and wrote a new number at the top-$124 w tax. We agree, start to sign up but wait for HOURs because nicholas has to keep restarting the process and eventually just hands it to assist manager. He gave us the wrong size phone twice but eventually we thought we had it figured out and he promised our phones would not turn off until our new ones were opened and activated with the Esim. As soon as we pull away our phones go SOS saying no signal, we circle back around and the store manager is there locking up. I work from home and my husband works at the military base and had formal the next day so we were not able to return the next day. The manager rolled his eyes when we flagged him down and flat out said "I just locked up, theres nothing I can do for you, go home and activate your esim" So we did, at 9pm with 4 young children having to spend 2 hours copying our old phones to our new one. Only to realize Nicholas STILL gave my husband the wrong size phone. We go Friday to the store and explain what happened and were promised we wouldnt be charged a restocking fee as it was their mix up. WE STILL WERE CHARGED. I also found out that my company was giving me a phone so I no longer needed my business line. I asked Nicholas THREE times in 3 separate ways if it was going to mess up my bill, my promotions or my buyout. He repeatedly told me NO it would just save me $40 on my bill. He then couldn't figure out how to return my phone and switch my husband's number to the BYOD phone. He chose an option and stated "we will just try this and pray it doesn't mess anything up" at this point, the assistant manager that assisted him 2 days prior overheard and left his customers to ask what he was doing. Upon looking he goes "NO don't do that, you would cancel his number out for good and he wouldn't be able to get it back" I then ask manager to be sure, three times in three separate ways, is this going to affect my bill, promotions or buyout? He ALSO told me no. I confirmed "so my new bill will just be about $40 less?" he said YES! A few weeks later I get a bill that is over $100 more than expected AND an email saying that the buyout for my husband's phone is INVALID. Upon talking to support (who, by the way was AMAZING, shout out to Michelle) I found out that because I traded in my phone, it caused each of my lines to go from $40 to $55, majority of the promotions they gave have dropped becaue I now only have 2 lines AND because my husband is using my old phone, he no longer has payments, making the buyout not available to him. I go up to the store Saturday, 9/13, I calmly explained everything to Nicholas, who tells me support informed me wrong and 'they never know what they are talking about" After waiting 40 minutes to talk to the store manager, i explained everything that happened. He listened, looked at Nicholas as if to verify and when he confirmed and said "thats crazy right? they shouldnt tell her that" the manager CONFIRMED that Nicholas screwed up, scolded him there in front of me. Without a word to me looked at my bill and agreed that he couldn't give me the original quote, even though I had it in front of me because I traded in the other line. He ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS MISINFORMED, THAT HIS TEAM SCREWED UP, THAT I WAS LIED TO. when I asked him if he was really confirming that everything was right but your not going to do anything? his response?!?! "mmhmm" when I argued and interupted him ONE TIME he said "if you are going to interupt me, im going to ask that you leave my store" then proceeded to tell me never to come back!!!

I went home and called Verizon and it took me 4 calls to get passed all the automated calls to a person. Although she was nice and also advised me to also file claim, insurance said no that I wasn't able to file a claim for a battery issue and referred me back to Verizon. With all the money I pay with 10 lines I still couldn't manage to get assistance. So here I still am wit's a phone I can't use, very very unhappy customer

Throughout the repair, he kept me fully updated with regular status reports and even sent pictures so I could see the progress. Once the issue was identified, John presented multiple repair options and explained the pros and cons of each one, allowing me to make an informed decision. After the new hardware arrived, he completed the repair quickly and professionally. My computer is now running perfectly! I really appreciate the transparency, communication, and quality of service. I highly recommend Rapid Computer Repair and will definitely use them again for any future computer needs.

He then had me initiate a defragmentation on my hard drive. This was smart since it took about four hours. After completion I texted him and he had me bring my computer right over. He replaced the hard drive, cloned my other hard drive to that new one, and then evaluated to make sure all was working well. Less than three hours later I had my computer back. John was pleasant, professional, and efficient. His charges were extremely reasonable. I am very pleased. I highly recommend him. His location was convenient for me but if I had another computer repair, I would not hesitate to drive 30 minutes to get to him.

She just needed to buy another phone. Didn't even try to help her. They were not busy. I do not understand why I was ignored. It was just all the way around an incredible experience. I give Salvador two thumbs up. He is an excellent asset to the store.

Went later in the day, cracked iPhone screen, straight-forward replacement, got it finished near closing time, paid and left. Only after a bit of normal use, it must have had some compatibility problem (3rd rate aftermarket screen probably) and would not pinch-to-zoom. Took it back the next day, the attendant acknowledged it, replaced it again and it still was doing it. The attendant herself (like the employee the night before) was as helpful/polite as she could be, but it all turned to garbage when she got the owner on speakerphone for a "now what do I do?" call. He tried to pawn it off on us that the phone's "data was corrupt" and we needed to basically reinstall/update system??? The worst case of "did you try restarting it?" I've ever heard. It then became like an episode of Columbo with my indicating that the phone was fine, if the data was a problem, it wouldn't have changed with the screen, and he was all "these work all the time blah blah blah". It was immensely stressful and dripped with lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I told him he could just forget about me taking the phone home and doing some sort of factory install on it to just be back where we started from, and I needed the phone fixed now. Bear in mind, I put the attendant herself at ease that she was not the problem, that this was her off-site manager's rotten idea of customer service policy. Thinking WE were the one's going to be stuck, he said snarkily "what do you want me to do then?" And we replied, "a refund?" He snapped "then you're going to get a phone without a screen" (clearly he didn't grasp how this repair had been basically mere hours prior, on the previous night). We told them "just put the original cracked screen back on, it's probably still in the trash can!" [It was at this moment... he knew.... he f/ed up] The (still nice as she could be) attendant went back and got the heaping case of trashed screens with a look on her face like "good luck." Without missing a beat, we just grabbed the one right on top, there it was, the exact one... "there it is! Just put it back on and give us our money back!" (Gotta say, poor attendant girl giggled... agreeably). The owner had nothing else arrogant to offer at this point, and the attendant put the old screen back on. Oh! And then we held the phone in front of her and demonstrated perfectly normal pinch-to-zoom function, (which OF COURSE it was their shoddy replacement parts with compatibility issues). That got a smile outta her. He begrudgingly authorized the refund, like pulling teeth. We left losing a whole day right back where we started from because of this owner. Anyway, beyond offensively rotten customer service POLICY, so bad it's punishment for the poor employees just needing the paycheck. The owner is a classic "take the money and run" shyster. The only thing fun about the whole stressful experience is we've turned his "your data is corrupt" B.S. line into a household meme to have fun irritating each other. "Hey, guess what... your data's corrupt!" "OMG DAD, WILL YOU STOP!!" hehehe... anyway, our luck ran out here. Recommend you just drive right on by unless you like being taken for a tool.
