The store was pleasant and noticeably busy, with customers leaving satisfied on a busy Friday afternoon. We were greeted by the sales reps who were on the floor. Isaias took care of all our needs, including porting, data transfer, plan recommendations, and providing valuable tools and resources to ensure a smooth transition. I was impressed by how he managed to get a lot of work done while ensuring all our needs were met. I dread coming to this store any time my phone has an issue, which is often. The same horrible representative is always rude and makes the process difficult. It's true, they do say one thing but when the bill comes it's completely different and continues to go up. When told 'it'll be credited to your next bill' they really mean it'll be charged to your next bill. Calling the service line doesn't help since they're not aware of the promises given and not received nor do they try to lighten the ridiculous charges. Save your money and the trouble. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We were TRICKED into signing over from Verizon and promised $300 in bill credits for my husband to buy new phone and transfer and $100 for me to transfer. Also told we would both get $100 visa for switching to AT&T Now four months later and finding out from customer service and rewards that all of that was a lie. We were tricked into buying a new phone here instead of Verizon where we were and now rewards department says the visa reward was never something they ever even had as a perk.... So basically we are out another $400 and are paying more for our service than we were before. And the customer service number told us if we want the bill credits we have to go to the store, get the employee who told us this, call customer service back with employee on the phone and MAYBE they can honor what we were told. When we open our account, a year ago, it seemed like service was a bit better. Just recently, I walked into the store for help. I saw that there was only one employee working the floor, and he had three people waiting on him. So I left and called back the next day. Prior to visiting the Forney store, we contacted the AT&T online help and also visited another AT&T to set up the same service but we were running in circles for weeks. This location will get you with fraud and offer promotions that don't exist to transfer over or sign up. Then AT&T will not back any of them since it is a franchised store and they have no proof. I went to the store located in Forney Texas yesterday to transfer my husbands team mobile phone over to my AT& T plan. I have had AT&T for 14 years. Yesterday was a great experience. We bought a new Samsung Note. Have a great company discount that waves activation fees and gets us a good plan. Today the associate calls to say he forgot to charge us the tax on the new phone. He asked if we could stop by and pay it, it would be quick. Of course we will. Today's experience was HORRIBLE. The lady associate could not figure out how to take my payment. Then claims she needs the managers help and disappears for awhile. 20 minutes of being there and no payment taken and I have no idea where she is. I ask another associate to go find her. I said I have to leave and pick up dinner. He disappears for a minute and comes back saying she will be out shortly. She comes out 3 minutes later with out her computer and says her manager is working on it. I told her I am sorry but I have now been here for over 20 minutes and have to get dinner I can't keep hanging around. I was here for over an hour yesterday. She said ok just 2 more minutes. The Manager comes out and puts her computer down. Still not yet ready to take payment. She tells him I have to leave in 2 minutes. He says oh it's just a little bit more. I said if you cant figure out how to take my payment, why don't you research it and we set up time for me to come in tomorrow when you are prepared and I will pay then The manager said if you leave now with the phone I will have to report it stolen. I said what, wait we purchased it yesterday and left. Your associate did not charge us correctly. I am here today to pay it and have been here for 20 minutes and you can't figure out how to take my money??? And now you are going to threaten me? The manager says if you leave and don't pay is my director says we have to report it stolen. I said I am trying to pay and you cant figure out how to take my money. You need to check your customer service skills. Threatening me is not appropriate. He said I am just saying what will happen it is not a threat. It is what ATT wants us to do. He walks away. I wait more just for another girl to come help the other lady and finally 5 minutes later they can take my payment. As I leave the manager made a comment. I said I will report this incident to upper management of him and his director. It is not ok to threaten people. He said he didn't say anything to me. I said ya you did. You said (read from above) He says I never said anything to you. WHAT??? I left. I am so disappointed that AT&T would employ such a rude person as a manager. His customer service skills are horrible and he should never threaten a customer. I didnt know I needed to pay anything. Yesterdays associate didnt say anything was due. He said my corporate discount waived things. Ok mistakes happen. I came in to pay for that associates error. I just recently moved here from San Antonio Texas. I can say without a doubt this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a utility company. You would think that a multi-million dollar company such as AT&T would hire competent workers in their customer service department. It was abysmal at best. It took me over a week and nearly 30 hours on hold, getting hung up on, and getting transferred to the wrong department to get a simple phone line added to the bundle package, which I might add was originally supposed to have part of the bundle according to the salesman. When the technician finally arrived here a week later, he was a late. Causing me to miss the whole afternoon of work. Upon arriving we can find out that your company has not finalized my order so my modem does not even recognize that there are supposed to be a phone. So now they have to reconfigure, causing me further delay. And in my complete dissatisfaction, what makes things worse is that AT&T is the only service provided in the area I live so now I'm stuck with a company which I completely loathe and have zero confidence in and I'm stuck in your contract for a year. Again this is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever been through in my life. I cannot believe the level of incompetence of a company of your stature. Simply ridiculous!! I wish I could give zero stars- I had the worst customer service yesterday at your Forney TX location. Walter by far disrespected what you call "one of your valued customers. Well with the customer service I received from Walter at your Forney TX location makes me question this multi-million company's customer service. On top of the disrespect from Walter at your Forney TX location the manager Caleb of that location was standing there. I get it you are a private contractor however you DO NOT have the right to disrespect your customer.
