I argued with Opimum but lost because they do not escalate your complaint only say i talked with my supervisor and he says this, without ever allowing you to speak to a decision maker. Her wonderful customer service turned a stressful experience into a positive one. All day, I felt like no Verizon employee took our concerns or time seriously--until we met Kake. She went above and beyond by sitting down with customer support on the phone for over an hour on our behalf, refusing to give up until our issue was resolved. She didn't have to go the extra mile, but she did everything in her power to make things right. I can't thank Kake enough for her kindness, they are lucky to have her at this location!
