I ended up purchasing a new phone, a watch, and some accessories thanks to her thoughtful guidance. She made the whole process smooth and even exciting -- all while I was swiping my debit card! What really stood out was her showing me a pair of headphones with amazing features. I didn't buy them at the time, but couldn't stop thinking about them. Later that day, I went to the AT&T store in Kaufman to buy the headphones, but after talking to the rep there, I decided I wanted to stay loyal and make that purchase with Bonnie. Turns out, Bonnie used to work at the Kaufman location too! The rep there called her for me and helped me complete the sale right then and there -- and Bonnie still got the credit! Bonnie truly went above and beyond to provide a one-of-a-kind customer service experience. Man in store seem like he had an attitude and the lady tried to help me. I had a new phone that was an upgrade sent to me by an AT&T representative in person who set up the phone having to switch the sims out. Bot phones were working then my new one stopped so I explained the lady said I would have to purchase a new SIM card and the man said well they could not do anything anyway at this time because their system was down. Seems like every time I try to get some help here there is an issue. Probably will not be back after this time. Thanks for nothing. read more

First issue, Jennifer who claims to be the store manager is very disrespectful and very rude. When speaking to her over the phone and trying to explain what I would like to do and make sure phones are available, she spoke over me and would not allow me to explain the issue. When advising her, please allow me to explain she responded with your not listening and hung up on me. I've worked in a retail store and have had store managers and this woman is not a good way to represent AT&T. Attitude is everything and clearly from reading other reviews I can see someone has already complained on her. AT&T corporate office has been contacted by email and phone and awaiting a response back. I'm hoping Jennifer doesn't speak to anyone the way she did me over the phone. I went there to sign my wife up so she could make changes on my direct TV account. I was told to do this by two different direct TV phone reps. A young round woman at this store on Monday June 13 in the late afternoon showed me that she already had access. I tried to tell her that two reps had already said she did not have access, but as I tried the round lady told me to stop talking and listen to her. In other words she told me to shut up. Not being as rude as her, I let her ramble and then told her to not tell me to stop talking again. This seemed to irritate her a lot and i reminded her that I was the customer. She told me she wasn't going there and said we were finished. Very rude and not helpful. read more
