The womens book section is also excellent, lots of fiction, self-care, and inspirational reads at reasonable prices. The Starbucks inside B&N is a huge plus. Grabbing a coffee while browsing magazines or purchasing a new book makes the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The store is clean, well organized, and has a comfortable atmosphere that encourages you to stay awhile. Definitely a go-to spot for book lovers and anyone who enjoys a good magazine and coffee break! They do have restrooms here. However, people are real pigs, so the restrooms aren't very clean. Ugh. The cafe is large and despite being busy, they were super fast and incredibly friendly. I had selected a Studio Ghibli board game and when checking out, the cashier asked about my favorite Ghibli movies and made a book recommendation for me! Terrible experience with this store; inexcusably poor customer service. My son bought a new iPhone…read more14 on November 10th. Soon after, he decided to spend MORE MONEY and upgrade to the 14 Pro Max. He returned the phone the following Wednesday, November 16th, but found the store closed. I accompanied him the following day, November 17th, which, according to Cricket's policy, was the last day to return the phone. On entering the store, we were told that the "system was down" and we couldn't return the phone. Being concerned that this was the final day, I reconfirmed with the clerk, Mohammed, that we would indeed be able to bring the phone back and upgrade the following day. Mohammed deferred to his "manager", who dismissively quipped "maybe I can pull some strings". I love good humor, but she wasn't joking; she was flippant and full of attitude. I commented that their system problem wasn't our fault and we needed some assurance we could return the phone. The manager interrupted me and said the system being down "wasn't (their) fault either". At this point, I should have realized I couldn't trust anything this person said, but again, I reconfirmed that we could return the phone the next day. She reluctantly agreed. The following day I brought the phone in myself and found that the only person in the store was "Alex". Alex was helpful and generally upbeat. He mentioned that the "manager had told him about us" and he began the return process. I reached out to my son to get the necessary passwords to reset the phone but soon found that Alex was having problems. Apparently, he was unable to "authorize" the return. He needed Mohammed, who would not be in until the next day. He phoned someone, presumably the friendly manager, but that didn't solve the problem. I asked him what we should do and he said I'd need to come back when Mohammed was there. The next day, my son brought the phone in and spoke with Mohammed. And guess what? He told my son that they could NO LONGER ACCEPT the phone, as it was "past the return date". Concerned, my son called me from the store and I spoke with Mohammad. He was sympathetic but told me he'd been specifically instructed not to accept the return. In addition to that, he was also instructed NOT TO PROVIDE HIS MANAGER'S NAME. You might ask yourself, is this the policy of a legitimate business, to hide the name of the supervisors? How about lying and misleading customers? I have been using Cricket Wireless service for many, many years, but that is about to end. I would recommend for anyone considering doing business with these people that you look at the many fine competitors out there who actually want your business and will work to earn it.

Young guy that wanted to be any where but there so I left and went to Metro and as I was impressed by Metro, there was still some uneasy feeling I kept getting so I went down to the next shopping center and that is where I met Louis and Darlan at Cricket. They both are very knowledgeable and very friendly customer service. I ended up coming back and buying my phone from them and also got 2 free phones. They were able to save me so much money and time. All the questions I had they were able to answer and I plan on sending anyone I know there because I had such and awesome experience that I have never had with any other carrier. As far as Cricket's service, it works just as good as AT&T and Verizon so it is a win win for me.

I called to speak with Manger just to see if there was anything I could do without a receipt and they told me to bring them right in. They exchanged them for a totally new pair and provided fast friendly service!!! Awesome!!!
