Do NOT come here. If you do, I recommend you speak with the manager to assist you.
But no matter what, do NOT let an associate named "PERRIN" help you. You can even tell he hates his job! Upon entering the store, everything was fine and I was greeted properly. He showed me where the case and screen protectors were as well. When it was time to check out, I showed him a coupon I received from an AT&T Customer Service Specialist, and he gave me this disgusting look & said, "I can't take that."
He didn't even try!
I had to basically argue with him to at least scan/try it before shutting me down.
Y'all... it took 5 minutes. All I wanted was for him to at least try to use it! And not be judged for it. I don't believe this is such a hard thing to ask for?
I looked at his name, and he said "Yeah, that's my name. Do what you want."
EXCUSE ME? I can't even look at your name now?
I was wearing a shirt that had a rainbow logo in representation of Pride, so maybe that's why he was so ignorant to assist. Who knows. I was able to get 25% off AT LEAST.
After this, he had said he could put on my screen protecter for me, but then quickly changed his mind and said he didn't know how. I didn't want to waste anymore time, so I went to an AT&T in Rowlett, and the two associates were ABOVE helpful. They were so surprised at what had happened. The associate ended up being the Store Manager. And he was NOT happy. Upon telling the store manager Perrin's name, he immediately knew who he was and seemed eager to help me with my complaint.
So... if you choose to come here... DONT work with Perrin. He doesn't like his job, and I hope whoever's in charge there, fires him. Perrin finally stopped argueing with me only after I told him how unprofessional this was and to just STOP. I wasn't looking for trouble.
Also, there was a guy dressed nice watching the TV. Listening to everything as well. He didn't say a word. I assume he was the manager, but I don't know.
Anyways, try to go to the Rowlett AT&T. You won't be disappointed! read more
