The staff doesn't seem to know the process and when I complained they blamed us. They also didn't fully inform us of all the charges for setting up the phones. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they can't give me their number. Of course now if we try to go somewhere else we'll be charged restocking fees for the phones we've gotten.

Spent 4 hours on a Sunday and still had to leave without all of her apps loaded. Go somewhere else if you want competent people to service you. Having been a Verizon customer for over a decade I can say this was the worst experience I've ever had to endure. Then they called me 4 days later telling me they forgot to charge tax on our upgrade and if we didn't come back to the store and pay up they would shut off our phone. I sent an hour on with corporate discussing the issue. Corporate was much more interested in making this right. I will never step foot in that store again.

Mine there told me it would be $200 +75 labor, and this was in line with what I was seeing the prices were online. I want to first give a kudos for Mike NOT charging that bullshit transaction fee that so many places are starting to do. So good on Mike for that one. The install job he did itself was great but there was a significant problem: this new screen was a generic 3rd party screen that was significantly smaller in size and noticeable because the S22 and up from Samsung have a semi curved edge that gives the phone a unique look. This was not the case with this new screen. Also this screen is incapable of producing 120hz even though the phone setting will still say that it's on. I mentioned this to Mike and I'm not trying to verbally beat the guy up in this review but he did get defensive and dismissive about it. I showed him side by side two identical phones (the one having this generic screen) the difference between 60hz and 120hz. He really wasn't interested. In the end I just requested that he puts the old cracked screen back on and I reluctantly had to make him a deal where he'd get this sub par screen back and keep $40 out of all this. So he did refund the money and losing out $40 was still better than making a civil case out of this. But I'm just left wondering how someone who works on screens doesn't know the difference in screen refresh rates.

I thought that was really nice, since most places would've been sorry for your luck. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come back. One of the other employees offered my friend a chair since they only had one and she had a hard time getting off of that one. It's very open as in a bit empty inside but they sell phones, cases, screen repair and other things you would find in convenience type stores. The two gentlemen we dealt with were really friendly. Her phone screen replacement was $90 for an iPhone 13. At least we know of a place close to home to get the screens fixed for a decent price.

After the diagnostic tests, it was determined the motherboard was faulty and would cost $400-600.00 for the repair but it might be other aspect, he never checked the actual battery which was what I was asking about. I told him, I just got this iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon several days ago. This technical support person said he sent me an email but when I checked my backup iPhone 5+, (I was upgrading to Apple 12 Pro) email was never sent and he was only interested in selling the newest iPhone 17 and i felt like this support was not enough for me, because he was constantly working with everyone else but me. I was observing other Apple customers who had purchased new devices and these iPhones were experiencing the same problems I had with iPhone 12 Pro. Not a happy customer service experience. I know from Apple newest IOS 26 release has caused major issues which was on my new IPhone 12Pro which could be why it never worked to begin with and battery was never mentioned to me if it was working or not. I contacted Amazon and returning the defective Apple 12 Pro. Luckily, my old iPhone 8 + is still working but I had to get a new SIM card at T Mobile. Why is Apple constantly updating their IOS with terrible updates which are causing me and many others issue? I cannot update past 16 IOS and the IOS 17 updates are on most of my Apps which is terrible. I had done business here three years ago and was really happy with my experience. Today I walked in asking for the deal I saw online - $199 for an IPhone 12. I accidentally said "I'd like to get the deal online I saw for $199 for an IPhone 11." I'm a mom of three, exhausted, accidentally said the wrong phone name. I figured since it is their sale and this is the employee, he would be able to correct me if I'm wrong. I have came into this store in the past and was honored online deals in store. Right away he got phone cases and a screen protector. I told him that my husband likes to pick out these things and that I didn't want them. He said that in order to get the promotion (the phones for $199 each) I needed to buy these things and that they are virtually free. Then I noticed he had phone chargers. I asked about how much those were and that we like to buy our own. Again, he said they were included in this promotion and they were virtually free. I get home after all of this and my husband notices that we have iPhone 11s and not 12s. I was so confused. I reviewed the receipts and I was charged $105 for accessories and that an upgrade was used for my son's phone. Then I realized, why would I need to buy accessories in order to use my son's upgrade? I called up there right away and he told me they can't be exchanged and I would have to pay $260 to get the 2 IPhone 12s, and I could not get a refund on the accessories. Be sure you understand their return policy before you buy something from them. It is not forgiving. Online I could have gotten two IPhone 12s for around $498 including activation fees and taxes. Today I paid more for two older phones, two Iphone 11s for $522.33 including activation fees and taxes. I was told that if I wanted to buy just a phone, he would have told me to just buy it online because they make their money off of accessories, not the phone. He explained that he has turned many customers away because of that. So I asked him why he didn't advise me to do that when I told him we only wanted the phones and to add my daughter onto our plan. He didn't have a valid response besides all he could do is have me pay the $260 more, and give us two new screen protectors worth $50. He did give my husband and I the owners number. We called the owner. He said the same things. He did say we could pay $200 more, instead of $260 more, to exchange for the IPhone 12s. At this point we already paid more for IPhone 11s than IPhone 12s. We'd be paying $244 more on top of already overpaying for IPhone 12s in store than what we could have purchased them for in store. Steve was very nice during the sale. He was respectful during the frustration of this situation. Same with the owner. What I really did not like and why I will never be a customer of this location again, is the sneaky sales tactics used in order to make money.

They managed 6 different customers needs all at the same time it was impressive. They are fair and quick and give good value for the money. No complaints here.
