There now has been several discrepancies in my bill. I thought my bill was going down but it has now gone up. I really didn't care for the watch after using it . There were many things I didn't like about it. Battery life and privacy issues. I thought as a consumer you had 30 days to return but Att only allows 14 days? However if I had a buisness account I would be allowed 30 to 60 days for a return. So now I am stuck with a watch I won't use. He took his time to explain the pros and cons of many of the phones and phone packages. I was very surprised at his knowledge base. He didn't pressure me to buy a phone like a car salesman. In the end, I purchased a phone and package and am very pleased. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a phone.
