I enjoy my experiences here. STORE: The store is well organized and clean. It looks very presentable. It also feels safe unlike some other CVS locations. INVENTORY: The inventory is always well stocked. There are no items out of place or bare shelves. I can always easily find what I'm looking for. There are plenty of clearly marked sales on many items here, great value! Seasonally you can find decor, gifts, and sweets for various holidays - Christmas (75% off sale), Valentine's Day, and Easter. There is a good aisle of Valentine's Day gifts. Valentine's Day chocolates are currently on sale so you can start shopping for your sweetheart or your lovely self. You'll also find more practical winter items - shovels, snow brushes, and cozy blankets. SERVICE: Service is pretty good at this store. All customers are greeted and addressed warmly. The checkout is always staffed. Interactions are pleasant. PARKING: The store is in a plaza with multiple businesses. The parking lot is spacious. Two entrances/exits are available for easy in/out. The only issue is that the parking lot is not always tended to in a timely manner in winter. During my last visit the parking lot was very slippery and due to an incline it presents an issue. Few customers assisted someone pushing their car so that they can leave the parking lot. I was also sliding in this parking lot. The parking lot should be salted in a timely manner. Overall, the store is one of the best CVS stores around the area. The store is presentable, staff if very friendly, and there are many deals. I can always be expeditiously in and out. Their automated phone system is not fully functional; it has another required question towards the end of an annoying sequence, but won't accept an answer. It automatically hangs up. I could not reach a representative or pharmacist by finding any word that the software would accept. I'm surprised because I assumed cvs branches would be much better in good suburban neighborhoods.

At the pharmacy Kathy M is more than helpful at all times. She always has a smile on her face. The inventory is usually pretty good at the pharmacy. Sometimes the rx needs ordered. But most times it is in stock. The retail store side is always stocked and ready to go. Parking is very ample. You shouldn't have any issues here. It is also a 24 hour location.

Like Hello Kitty merch and adorable stuffed animals. If you want to get an early start on Easter shopping in January, get stocked up at this CVS. They have Peeps and various holiday candy. Pharmacy didn't accept my prescription coverage (not a preferred provider), which I was not aware of. They didn't tell me this and tried to charge me retail price for a script while telling me insurance was used. I told them that based on the price, that I didn't think so. They double down. I ask them to verify, please. They checked again and admitted they were wrong. I wonder how many people paid extra for their meds thinking their insurance was applied when it wasn't. Never has this issue at another pharmacy.
