    Stay away. For a 2nd time in a few years, they messed up, cost me hundreds and they wouldn't own up…read moreto it, just "There's nothing we can do". Few years back they gave me the stateside international plan, even though I told the guy I'm flying out that same day and I asked him twice if he gave me the correct plan. The mistake resulted in ~$200 charges and fees which they refused to pay, even partially. About 18 months ago I got a phone for my son, and they offered to get an additional line, as a bundle, even though we weren't getting another phone. I purchased insurance for the kid's phone. When my son's screen got cracked a couple of weeks ago, I looked for the insurance to see if I can file a claim and I was extremely surprised to find out that they put the insurance on the EMPTY line, with no equipment. Who'd do that??? I went there, asked them to fix it and move it to the line with the equipment, and they told me they did. I guess, I jinxed it, as a few hours later my son dropped his phone in water and destroyed it. I tried to file a claim online, but I didn't see the insurance neither on the empty, not on my son's line. I went to the store again, talked to the same girl and she assured me that she moved it and to wait another day or two, as it may take time to reflect on the account. I waited a couple of days and as I didn't see it still, I called T-Mobile. Thye told me that instead on my son's line (that was basically the same number, difference only in the last digit) they moved it to my line and there's nothing they can do, as the line I needed and paid insurance for, had never had it, so I'm out of luck. I went back to the store, where I was told that they can't help me. No apology, no credit, nothing. So, they cost me ~$480 in loss, so far, plus whatever I have to pay for a new phone, so a good $1,000+ because of THEIR negligence. I'm not going back there and advise you to do the same.
