I had an excellent experience here! I had to have my phone battery replaced because of a "fat…read morebattery" or lithium battery swelling, which expands and can damage the back of the phone. The worker here knew what it was right away, ordered the battery, let me know when to expect it, and texted me as soon as I came in (less than 2 days later). He then replaced it in 15 minutes and assured me the rest of the phone was in good condition. He was very polite and knowledgeable throughout, and the battery came with a 1-month warranty. And the whole thing was cheaper than I expected!

While the first person was fixing the charger, he asked me if I wanted to replace my battery also since it was not looking good, and since the phone is open now, he would charge me much less than the normal price. I agreed and he worked on the phone. After he finished the work, I checked the battery settings, and the performance was 65% like it was before he changed it. When I asked him, he said that it will be fixed and the battery will be 100% performance within the next 24 hours. He also mentioned if it didn't work to bring it back in 2 days to change it again. Unfortunately, after the fix, the battery felt exactly as it was before I came to the shop (low performance). I was not able to go back to the store immediately tho because of personal issues and went back a week later. This time there was another (second) technician there, I explained the situation and that the first technician told me to bring it back if the battery didn't perform. From that moment on, everything he was saying made me feel like I got scammed. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing it, he said he is not as well educated and trained as the first technician so he didn't want to open it and fix the battery. I tried to explain to him but he kept replying nonsense and avoiding to take responsibility of the situation. I do not recommend this store. I will report this to the BBB and dispute the charge. Watch out not to get scammed like did.
