An hour later (only two customers besides myself in the store, and workers were on their phones and would disappear for 20 minute periods) I finally got to speak to a customer service representative who told me they didn't have any iPhone 17 pros in stock, and I'd have to call customer service and order one. I asked why they did not tell me that an hour ago when I first arrived, and they said "We can't tell customers about our stock", yet also said "Maybe if you had called earlier we could have told you". I am beyond pissed, and will be leaving Verizon once I move. These clowns need to be replaced.

I got a sales associate to help me do some trade-ins and he seemed really knowledgeable. It came to…read moremy attention that the trade-in discount wasn't applied when I received my next bill. I thought the store could clarify and help me so I called them and they told me to call T-Mobile's general customer care number. I did as they asked, but customer care said I needed to work it out with the store. The sales associate apologized and sent me to his supervisor. I spoke with the supervisor several times and he told me he was going to call his regional distributor to get it fixed. I called every couple of days, but no progress. I just called back and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. I called back thinking that it was a mistake, only to have a sales associate say that the supervisor (who I've talked to multiple times with) doesn't work at that store, like he never existed. He was definitely lying to me. I'm at my whit's end. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least. I just wanted the original promotion I came into the store for applied to my account. I've tried multiple times over the phone and in store to get it resolved for the past couple of months and I've gotten nowhere. I don't write reviews, I'm fairly ambivalent about things, but the people at this store have put me in a situation where I have to pay hundreds of dollars for something that could've been addressed if they did it right the first time. I have been on hold for hours just to be hung up on or told to call back next week (which I have been doing). I don't recommend anyone use T-Mobile's services

No fast-taking "mumbo-jumbo" just a polite, concise explanation and an efficient repair, why is this so rare these days ? Maybe I can't get ALL THE NEGATIVE CAR REPAIR EXPERIENCES erased from my brain, maybe that's it ? A little tricky to find their small but well-organized store, think Chick-fil-A near Super Target, South Square, Durham NC. Their "CPR Red Cross" sign is small, their location is in the inner corner of a small 'mini-mall' next to a Middle Eastern grocery. Once you find it the first time, it's easy to get to. You realize that the repair shops in the BIG MALLS like Southpoint are going to have to charge you more, don't you ? Their 'overhead' is way higher than a modest location like CPR. I'm EMT~Paramedic so I like the name and play on words.

Other places were going to charge over $300 for the job to be done. CPR was able to restore all the files and provide a flashdrive (free of charge) all for under $150. The best part was that it only took half a day from the time I dropped off the hard drive to when I arrived to pick everything up.

Once I did an insurance claim and there was no snag getting what I needed here. I have had a screen replaced, a back glass replaced, and a battery replaced. I suggest you call ahead in case a part needs to be ordered. When a part wasn't needed I could get the phone back the same day (within about an hour). When a part was needed I just came back the next day and it was done within an hour. Really couldn't be more pleased.

The reason I give two stars is because the quality of work just isn't good. The first battery replacement I got was okay, but the battery wasn't very strong a month or two later. I came back recently to get a screen replacement and as soon as the screen was replaced my phone would not charge and kept restarting on its own every couple minutes. I took it back in and explained the issue and the gentleman tried to tell me it wasn't his fault. I told him I got the battery replaced there months ago and wanted to work with him, after which he agreed to take a look. He replaced the battery for me for only $10, but as soon as I got home the phone started doing the exact same thing. Keep in mind that the phone worked perfectly fine before being brought in despite the battery life not being quite as long as I'd desire. They're not bad. Just be cautious here. I'm not sure what they did to my phone but now I have to get a replacement as it continues to restart every couple minutes and say "battery service needed".
