I am very appreciative of the store associate Jaylen for assisting me during my visit earlier this…read moreweek. Upon entering the store, I was kindly greeted by a clerk at the entryway. I had a return and quickly found customer service because of its proximity to the entrance. The return process was swift and seamless thanks to Jaylen. After my return, I asked if I would be allowed to make an online purchase at the customer service desk, to which the response was an immediate yes. I was elated to have this process done with an excellent associate! Knowing I was making a purchase in-store, I was initially worried that the price would be different from the one online; however, their online sale was matched, and I was granted the discounts I had saved for this purchase! Associate Jaylen also noted that I could have my items delivered to the store I was visiting. This will further ensure proper delivery and personally alleviate my worries with shipping large furniture to my home. I was treated very kindly, and the customer service clerk had the patience of a saint during the entire interaction. I will always choose Home Depot over any competitors.
