I tried calling customer service and got the typical answer of "well im sorry they gave you the wrong information (the person in the store). However, this is the correct information". I called back later with further questions and was oddly enough told the same thing about the person I had spoken to on the phone. They had the nerve to send me a survey. At the end of the survey, it says "do you want a call back"....guess who doesnt call people back...that wonderful customer service desk (**cough cough**) from T-Mobile. I would not recommend this company or this location in particular to anyone. Horrible, horrible place to have to deal with.

Arthur was absolutely wonderful. He took the phone and after a while he came back out and told me he checked the phone completely, nothing was wrong with it and that I should take it to Verizon for them to check their service to my phone. I then took it to Verizon and finally I found someone there that helped me this time and looked at it and fix their connection in my phone. I just want to say that I am very pleased and impressed with Arthur at the uBreakiFix in Plantation. I will always go there with any of my Samsung products. Thank you Arthur!

I went to get my iPhone 6s Plus phone fixed due to some charging issues I was having, and he was able to fix it for $45 or less. After taking my phone to T-Mobile and being told that I would have to buy a new iPhone (which would ultimately cost me $1,000+), I went back to Wireless Tech on a hunch that they may be able to fix the problem. Surprise, they did! On my 2nd visit, I witnessed a transaction between the store manager and a girl who needed to get her phone's camera fixed. He was polite and fixed it within 30 mins. She was shocked, as she was in and out in less than a day (and without having to buy a new phone). On my 3rd visit (6/19/2019), I went back and had them replace the battery in the same phone. Again, I paid about $45 plus tax (not $1,000). On both of these occasions, it only took about 20 minutes to fix. I am giving them 5 Stars because they are an excellent example of what a repair shop should be. Again, if you are looking for a store to get your iPhone fixed, this is the place. Thanks, Wireless Tech!
