Visited twice -- once to update our AT&T wireless plan, and the second time with a technical question. In both cases, we received prompt, helpful, courteous service from the guy in charge. Plus the location is convenient to our house, and parking is free and easy. Highly recommended! read more

This store has been amazing for me. I no longer have to park on Greenwich ave and the people here really understood me. No this isn't an AT&T corporate store but they are a retailer that is funded by AT&T. Management has changed since they first end opened but the store still runs well from what I see. I ended up getting an iPhone 6S and an iPad Mini for $50. $50 less than corporate. Everything else was pretty straight forward. Activation fees are all the same unfortunately but the service was awesome and I'll definitely be making this my go-to store. read more

Please be aware that this is NOT an AT&T company store. The return and restocking policies of AT&T do not apply to this retail store. I have always visited the store on Greenwich Avenue and the one in Stamford Town Center. I've always had a good experience. Something seemed different here, but I couldn't figure it out. I didn't realize this was not a true AT&T store. I felt a sense of high pressure salesmanship from one of the salespeople named Fran. I was being helped by a nice man named Orlando, but Fran (manager?), inserted herself in the sale and really laid it on thick with her sales technique. I NEVER experienced this in an authentic AT&T store. From talking me into protective cover to trying to sell me a home security system (even though from the onset I said I wasn't interested), she had an answer for everything. They have a restocking fee that is vastly different from AT&T's policy. I could really go on and on, but the bottom line is if you are with AT&T because you find them reputable and you like their customer service, please visit an actual AT&T Company Store. read more

BEWARE I went into this store changing from Verizon to AT&T.After I set up my account they noticed I had an I phone 5 . They told me turn in your5 and for 3 monthly payments of $33 I could have the I phone 6. Well they LIED!!!!im now stuck in a 24 month $33 per month for that phone .. My first trip to this store was remarkably disheartening, however, I chalked it up to unmotivated salesman. My second experience to this store was infuriating and borderline criminal. I visited the store simply to add a 3rd line to my phone plan and was virtually bullied into accepting a "free" tablet. I was assured the free tablet would not cost me any money except an initial $45. The saleperson reiterated multiple times, "this is a free tablet, I don't understand why you wouldn't accept a free tablet", which I begrudgingly accepted assuming there was only a one-time $45 fee. Additionally I was provided no documentation inclusive of all the monthly fees but given the assurance my bill would not increase more the $35 per month with an additional line and an upgrade on my data plan. I received my bill and much to my disappointment and frustration there was a monthly fee for the tablet along with insurance which I also was not informed about and the addition of the new line and upgrade in data plan was significantly more than $35/mo. I confronted one of the two salesman at the store who had previously assisted me, he was fully aware they conned me and offered little to no restitution aside from altering my account to eliminate the insurance on the tablet, which I was not previously informed about, and offering to downgrade my data plan. This was the most blatant act of deception of have ever experienced. I would NEVER visit this store again and I am currently pursuing the arduous task of converting all my services to another carrier (after 10+ yrs of service with ATT) despite potential termination fees. read more
