I knew it was reaching retirement since it was a little over 2 years old. My normal work routine entails using a cell phone quite frequently throughout the week in many ways. So, I decided to go to a Verizon store to see what my options were to regain full connectivity. I'm so glad I chose this Verizon store location. Upon entering this store, a friendly person named JB greeted me and asked how he could help me. I told him what my iPhone SE was doing. He said that he hadn't seen one working at all in awhile, that most just call it quits conpletely at this stage because that phone's technology is out of date basically. He then looked up my account, saw that I was eligible for an upgrade, and told me about the promotions currently going for the two newest LG android type phones on the market - the two lowest cost options for my type of account. He also showed me some online reviews for those phone models. I decided on the thinner one, the GB ThinQ, since it could fit in my pocket. He setup my new phone, including transferring all of my data, and I walked back into this decade.

I used Wireless Trendz to replace a broken camera on my iPhone 12 Pro. They appeared knowledgeable…read morebut I had hesitation because the repair guy was using the main customer counter to attempt to cut away some screen adhesive with a small knife on a customers phone right in front of me in a very unexpected and unprofessional manner. I had anxiety about how they might be fixing my phone and if they had the correct tools and methods for fixing my camera. They told me to leave my phone and to come back in an hour. Sure enough when I arrived my phone was sitting on the counter screen unattached half open and new camera inserted. I was concerned why my screen was unattached. He said he wanted my code to test the camera before re attaching the screen. Since the repairs week ago there appeared a very tinny bright green spot in the upper portion of the screen. Now it has grown to a black dot and a long bright pink line. I took it back today and they proceeded to explain that this was not their issue. It was my phone however, this problem was not there prior to the camera installation. They offered no options or help. I would highly not recommend this location due to the possibility of further damage to your phone During the repair. I can only hope that the previous phone I saw them working on with a knife on the main counter. Doesn't have major issues as well. I'm not looking for a free fix. I'm just looking for the truth and help getting my phone back to its original state with a new camera. I do not recommend this place for repairs of very technical and expensive phones.
