The manager Likly (sp?) really knew his stuff! Very knowledgeable. And friendly. Ask for him. I went in and said I knew exactly what I wanted; I already had my new, unlocked phone; and not to upsell me. He was totally cool with that and I had my new phone number and service very quickly. Stay away from this one. Unknowledgeable and unhelpful staff. We traded in or phones and they could not transfer data from them because "our wifi is too slow. It will take hours". Salesperson made several inaccurate statements about the phones we bought and we had to go to a different store to get things worked out. They should fire everyone and close up shop. My elderly dad has AT&T phone service. Went into this store approximately a week and a half ago with my dad's older model iPhone. I explained to the 20-something female there (who shall go unnamed) that I "needed to get my dad a new phone, but keep the same phone number." She proceeds to tell me that I have to go to a DIFFERENT store to do that because "we're an authorized dealer". I should also add that the store was empty (other than a guy that she'd helped who was just leaving) Ended up going to the Arden store and getting great service, and learned that I ABSOLUTELY could have taken care of this at this location - but the employee did not want to help me because she doesn't get paid the COMMISSION on it. Went back to this location today because my dad is unable to use his new phone and wanted his old one back - and because this is a convenient location down the street from him. With his old iphone in hand, I went in and explained that I needed to transfer service back to his old phone. After I finish telling this guy (who I learned was a manager-in-training) what I need, he starts to give me the SAME LINE that I got previously: that I needed to go to a different store to do this. That's when I put my hand up and said, "No. I'm not doing this again." I told him of my prior experience here, and how this woman wouldn't help me and told me to go elsewhere. The young female who wouldn't help me before, was there today and overheard me recounting what happened to me to the manager-in-training. When she realized that I was referring to her/her lack of service/lying to me/sending me elsewhere, she quickly went in the back and got the actual store manager. The manager comes out and again, I tell him the story of being lied to and turned away. After all was said and done, the manager performed the task (and apparently not getting paid a commission on it) Here's the deal: Consumers need to know when they're not being dealt with in a forthright manner, hence the reason for my post. Why can't people simply do their job and what's expected of them? Is that too much to ask? read more

I stopped by yesterday to get the phones upgraded for my wife and I, and it was the best, easiest experience I've had getting a new phone. The wait was minimal before Tyler was able to help me with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did his best to make my experience stress-free. He was able to find me some discounts and savings, and even helped me move my data over to the new phones as well as putting on the protective coating and covers for our phones. I do not know about the past but I do know that the future of this location will be great. I do recommend it to my friends and anyone else who will be looking for an ATT store with which to do business . I found Brandon and Tia both capable and willing to help with all your problems . They are the new staff and want this store to be the best that it can be. They went overboard to help me set up my ATT TV system . As this store grows in customer use they will need some more staff. Be patient with them they work as hard as the can to help you. I have watched them at work , handling two customers at a time with skill and the ability to solve their problems . 5-31-2020 So I call and make sure this store is open till 6pm, get told yes we are open. I race across town and arrive at 5:52pm, doors are locked, lights on,the girl inside looks at us at the door and proceeded to walk into the back of the store. All I needed was a replacement SIM card, this prods takes 5 minutes. If the sign on your door says you are open till 6pm, that means you need to stay open. Very disappointed with this location. God forbid you don't get to walk out the door at 6pm on the dot. read more

Went there on 1/04/19 to buy two iPads. There was one gentleman working, if standing around is working cause it was dead. When i told the salesman what I was in for the first thing I was told was we don't stock them here I would have to order them, I. I told him that was fine I don't need them today I also told him already have cell phone service and direct tv service with them. After I gave him that information to let him know I was serious and not wasting his time he told me I should order it online it would be the same price. The customer service in this store this day sucked and it's sad that people are hired to do one thing help customers and they don't want to. Seems like a miss allocation of funds you could get rid of the salesman, I use that term lightly, that was working there and put in a computer cause that's what I ended up using. Thanks for the help AT&T. Since the review I was contacted by a manager Mr. Brown and I can tell that they do care about there customers he was very concerned and sorry for my experience and I trust him that they will fix the issues in that store. read more

Store was closed Sunday. Walked to store today needed to return a phone and car broke down. Long story short, waited 30 freaking minutes past 10a for store to open and no one ever showed up. 5 people waiting outside. Ridiculous!! Reviews for this store sound like a nightmare, not surprised no one showed up today after reading all of these. I also called 611 and spoke with support. He said he was going to report the store to a manager so they could look into why they were closed and not servicing customers. read more

Sales rep Allen is rude! Went in for phone upgrade. It was close to closing time , however, I asked if he could do the update. I was told he could. He then started texting on his personal phone, (he kept laughing, you could tell it was a personal text , not a business text.) After a few minutes, I asked him if he was going to help me. At this point, he said he was texting his manager and yelled "technically I am off the clock, and you are expecting me to do a whole phone transfer, you can just wait a minute". At this point I said I was not expecting him to do anything for me but told him he was rude and stated walking out, he thought the door was closed all the way apparently because he yelled a profanity name at me which I heard. When i walked back in, he denied it. The next morning I went back at open time and guess who was there, Yup, Allen. I asked for his manager and he told me he was the manager. So He lied about the text. I got to my car and called to find out how to get ahold of his supervisor and he would not respond. I hung up on him. Within seconds He tried to call me back. I ignored the call. I then went to a different AT&T store where I got impeccable service. However, in the initial trying to get my phone upgraded, there was a "fraud alert " put on my phone preventing me from upgrading without contacting customer support, where I was told this alert was put on that day, So not only was he rude, he tried to prevent me from getting mu phone upgraded. Jas helped me yesterday with cell problem. He is the only AT&T representative that was BOTH KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY - WHO KNOWS THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WILL DO MORE TO ATTRACT AND RETAIN CUSTOMERS THAN ALL OF THE OTHER REPS COMBINED. AT&T should double his salary. Alice Thomas Jas no longer there- I stopped in yesterday to see if I could get some help with my cell phone - it probably needs new battery and sound quality is bad - those calling me sound like chipmonks - I was INFORMED THAT AT&T no longer has this service at this store or at any other of their locations. I went there and tried to exchange a bad charger that I had bought in Inglewood California two months ago, a Hispanic girl was working and basically called me a liar saying they don't sell Apple products at AT&T stores well they do in Inglewood California because that's where I bought it from,.She got real snotty with me and I had to tell her not to raise her voice., and as I walked towards the cash register she says what are you gonna do walk out of the store with it in your hand I said no I'm walking to the freaking cash register a complete idiot,She has a smart ass attitude and doesn't know what she's talking about and I will never step foot in the store again because of the service. I don't know who manages the store but they need to pull her aside and teach her how to talk to customers and not call them liars, and while she's serving you she's also talking on the phone with one of her friends boy that's great customer service, A complete clueless smart ass. read more

Stopped by, for the second time at a similar issue that was dealt with in multiple stores quickly and without argument, simply sending docs to their own insurance vendor... only this store, from Florida to California, only this staff, couldn't get the job done at the instruction of a manager who didn't even leave the back room to greet the client... bad, horrible customer service. read more

Sitting in the parking lot just let. Manager is working and won't help set up my voicemail. Nobody else in the store but can't help. Don't know what the pint of this store is obviously they just sale phones. I will never return here I'll head back to my normal store in the Arden area read more

Best service. I been thinking about switching to AT&T for awhile and one day I went in and was just looking around. I got the great customer service at this location from Jas that I went home and decided when I switch over to them I will go to this location only. When the iPhone 7plus come out no stores had it but Jas keep looking around some store and find one that he got it transfer to his store. Best service I got. I will drive there from Elk Grove and keep getting all my phones and cases and charges from this location only. Jas and his coworkers are the best. Great customer service read more
