I usually drop of my device with them and go grab a bite , come back to a finished product. Just got my iPhone 12 Max fully wrapped and it feels wonderful, it doesn't take away from the great look of the phone and provides a layer of protection that is very well needed to keeping it looking great. I have it on my Apple Watch as well and I have had it replaced 3 times. If it's that good why do I need to replace it? Well I have had my watch rammed against the wall while moving equipment and the clear coat wrap absorbed it and got the wall paint on it and got it replaced without a scratch on my screen or any marks. I have had other issues wear I have had the wrap absorb the impact hit and it left the watch still spotless. I always get complements on the matte finish on my watch and phone because it provides a small piece of privacy to my devices and they look good in matte finish. Thank you mobile outfitters, you will always have my business and I love sending you friends and family. Keep up the great work.

Aside from misleading with pricing which the money isn't the issue!! they can keep it!! Let's not forget I was declined from receiving a receipt. How lovely. What matters is integrity and how you treat your customers, and this company clearly lacks both. Severely to say the least. After I left my first review, they retaliated by raising the price and arguing with me in-store about removing the review instead of apologizing or trying to make things right. That alone says everything you need to know about their business ethics. This isn't about money or material things it's about honesty, quality of work, and professionalism. I'll be taking my iPad elsewhere to verify if any actual repairs were made, and if I'm told that the original parts were never replaced, I'll be pursuing this further. Do better.

Especially when you dish out $800-$1200 to protect your investment. That could be said with my iPhone 14 Pro Max since I usually have a heavy duty OtterBox case as well as screen protectors to shield my screen and rear camera lens. This takes me on a visit to the Foothill Farms neighborhood of Sacramento where I got to check out "Cellpro". Located in a small strip mall at 5153 Madison Ave. and adjacent to Auburn Blvd., this small store has had numerous business changes (all affiliated with wireless/phone service) over the years; this includes "U.S. Wireless" and "Metro by T-Mobile". I think a cell phone accessory store is a perfect fit here simply because there just aren't many in this area. Originally, I was planning to go to the mall but you know how that can be; parking, crowds, and of course higher prices. Long story short, I needed a replacement glass screen protector for my main screen as well as the camera lens (as I previously mentioned); both protectors had minor chips in them. Upon entering which was on the afternoon of Saturday 8/19/2023 at around 2:15pm, there was quite a few customers here. Inside, you will find dozens of cases for many of the new iPhone and Android models as well as chargers, cords, speakers, and ear buds. Since I wanted replacements, I was able to get a heavy duty scratch resistant screen protector AND lens protector for $25 (including tax). Not a bad deal since many of those kiosks at the mall charge $40 for the screen protector. Furthermore, it only took a few minutes. If this place is busy, be patient since this is a one-person business. The hours are also decent as they're opened Monday through Saturday from 10am-7pm. All in all, "Cellpro" is an excellent small business with excellent customer service and a wide variety of products. I also wanted to note that they do repairs on broken screens, battery replacements, water damage, and charger port issues. With that said and done, I am giving this place a unanimous five stars to a job well done.

My experiences with this franchise can be summed up in two words--mixed bag…read more Let's start with their reliance on tech review websites such as C-Net or MobileTechReview.com. There is a LOT OF misinformation out there and I would think that going to the manufacturer's site would be the most direct way to get correct information. The story now unfolds: When we bought the phones, we had a requirements of what the phone should do: 1) Have a QWERTY keyboard 2) Be a music player 3) Bluetooth compatible for talking and playing music (no cables) It took FIVE visits to the store from April to August only to find out that the phone sold to us WAS NOT Bluetooth stereo headphone compatible. We were sold a JABRA Bluetooth BT3030 on our second trip to buy more accessories for our phone. It would not work even though I was guaranteed it was compatible. I went to the Jabra website and found it was not compatible. I returned the Jabra only to be told by Priscilla Holman, "You're now just coming back?" Rudeness aside, it was replaced by a X5I Blue Ant and beaaafore departing the store, I asked the manager, Armando Garcia, to check to make sure it was compatible with my LG Rumor 260. He went to a tech review website (C-Net or MobileTechReview.com) and informed me it was compatible. I go home, charge it and attempted to get it to work. I go to the Blue Ant website and find my phone is not compatible with the Blue Ant. I finally tracked the owner, Russ Enyart, via Facebook. I relayed my grievances and after a phone call, was asked to come in on a day he was working and that he was special ordering us a Bluetooth stereo headphone from LG. We go in and he had the LG BT stereo headphone. I asked him if he checked the manufacturer's website and he said he checked some websites. He then said, "If we can't get it to work, then the problem was us." My spouse was with me and witnessed this. Sensing I was annoyed, he offered to show it to me. After searching the internet, he found conflicting information. So he said he better read the product manual to ensure it was stereo Bluetooth headphone compatible. It was not. Seeing my dismay, he called Sprint and attempted to get them to allow an exchange for a phone model (Centro) that was BT headphone compatible. The solution was for us to send back the TWO phones, receive a $60.00 credit to be used to purchase the two Centro's at 199.99 each. By this point, I just wanted this ordeal over with. I asked him if he had any stereo headset that will work on the LG Rumor. I was given a Jabra C220s with cables--NOT BLUETOOTH. The tally goes: two trips to purchase phones and accessories. Three trips to find out the Bluetooth stereo headphones sold to us was not compatible with LG Rumor 260. This was a waste of time, money, gas and goodwill. The employees' lack of knowledge, one employee's extreme rudeness and even the owner's own smug dismissal of our complaint (which he never retracted even though he wound up eating his words that "it was compatible and if it didn't work, the problem was us.") and their reliance on tech review websites such as C-Net or MobileTechReview.com makes this a very bitter experience.
