After my 3 year old decided to throw his iPad and crack the screen, I had to make a decision. He…read morecould live life without an iPad or I could listen to him whine and cry all day, especially on long car rides. Well, against my better judgement, I decided to get his screen replaced. I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. This will probably be my first stop when I do. I highly recommend checking out this place for your cracked screen needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We've all had cell phones for quite some time and we've all gone…read morethrough the unbearable 'switch', but this one took the cake (and a lot of my money)! I went in to assess if switching made sense financially. I sat with Stephen, who just came from my current carrier. He looked at my current plan with said carrier, and I asked him 'How much would it cost us if we switched to Verizon?'. He said that if we signed up 5 lines our total out of pocket cost would be roughly $500, my monthly rate would stay the same and we'd all get Apple Music for free. Awesome! Say no more! So we decided to make the switch, came back with the fam and ended up paying about $100 more than he said (not a deal breaker). We got our first bill fairly soon after and not only was it $270 more than the cost of the forecasted monthly plan, we found out that our plan did not actually include free Apple Music. I talked to the manager and he said he'd try to make it right b/c 'there's a reason we have 4.9 stars' He did some 'creative' book work to make it look like we returned items that had not been returned and gave me a credit of a little over $100 in the store. He said he would continue to work on making us whole, but he'd have to wait on the sales for the rest of the month to see what kind of 'money he'd have to play with'. Two days later, they stopped answering calls. I went to the store to find that they went under renovation and I never heard from them again. I went to another Verizon store in the interim to find answers and they just shook their heads telling me that my first mistake was doing business with this location because they weren't an authorized Verizon retailer and that I wasn't the first person that had had issues with this store. Unfortunately, there wasn't much they could do. We decided to cut our losses and leave it alone. Two months later, we got a bill from our now past carrier that we owe $800 for the phones that were apparently still being paid off! I went back to the Verizon, which was now open, and I talked to Stephen. I told him what's going on and he said he'd talk to his manager and call me later that day. He called a few hours later to let me know that there is nothing they could about the $800 bill and that it isn't their responsibility to inform me of such things, and they wanted to make it 'abundantly clear' that if I thought about switching, I would then owe Verizon 'thousands of dollars'. All I have to tell you is BUYER BEWARE. These guys are much more interested in making a sale than helping customers make informed decisions that are best for them. Save your money, time and sanity by going to a 'verified' Verizon store (like on Greyhound Pass in Carmel) where there's actually some accountability. #verizonwireless

In November 2020, I had the opportunity to take my elderly father to this store to get his phone…read morerepaired. We worked with Clark, the store manager, and were impressed by his knowledge and customer service background at Verizon. The phone issue wasn't simple so he created the pathway for us to get a fix should this initial attempt not work. He backed up everything, etc. Just what you'd hope for. He was so respectful to my father and even thanked him for his military service.
