Then the next day, they called back and said they had spent more time looking into it and were actually able to fix it. The repair ended up costing an additional $150, but it was absolutely worth it. My kids' PS5 had stopped accepting discs, and now it's working again. They also advised against relying on random YouTube repair tutorials (oops), since DIY fixes can sometimes make the problem much worse (especially if you're clueless like me). No one answered the phone and voicemail mail was full. The representative we spoke to at Verizon said he would definitely report this issue. Bottom line, he canceled our whole order and processed a new one. (Thank you Verizon!) This will be shipped directly to our house (with shipping fees waived) and we'll never have to go back to this location. Still a 1 star for this location but a 5 star for Verizon customer service.

I received a phone call about 2:15pm letting me know that my phone was done. I got there and they had just started charging it and it was up to 12%. They said all the batteries that they get that are brand new are at zero and they all have to be charged up to 100%. The regular price for having it put in and for the battery was about $119 but I had a coupon for $10 off so I only paid about $109 which was nice. The employees were nice very nice and answered every question I had. They were quite busy in there. There are a lot of customers coming and going. I would definitely go back there for another battery or if my screen breaks or any other damage to my phone that needs repair. They also repair Computers and it showed on Yelp. I believe that they also fix Nintendo switches, which is really nice to know. So far my battery seems to be holding a charge definitely longer than my other one did.
