They are very…read moredifferent from AT&T corporate - I was having issues with my connectivity (issues not done by my own doing) and I called 611. My AT&T representative over the phone said "you need a new SIM card" - I go to the nearest location near me (this one). The store rep tells me - it's $5.44 for a SIM card. Authorized retailers want to be like corporate so bad, then you should be uniformed. Why am I being charged $5 for a SIM card when it's suppose to be free?

One phone is there with us in store the other, is not. She decided she didn't feel like taking her time during the order and ended up activating one of the new phones when my family member was not there (out of town on business) to transfer anything leaving her with no working phone. When this happens Destiny catches an attitude and proceeds to tell us to depart from the store with no explanation. No one was rude nor disrespectful to her or her coworkers during the entire time of the store visit but you can tell these hourly employees were pressed for their time to clock out. .....customer service 0/10. Patience 0/10. Product knowledge 0/10. Oh and they never even tried to bringing up any type of protection plans on the phones. So idk what job they paid to do but they might as well be walking statues. Coming from a person in this same industry. DO BETTER.

My phone needed a facelift and Ms. Buket quoted my $15.00 for material (I didn't realize at the time her service fee was included in that quote). I was shocked as I thought it extremely reasonable and would have tipped her as well. She did her magic in under two minutes and presto, my phone looked brand new. However, when she attempted to recase it my new protective shield kept bubbling. She informed me it was because of the type of case I had. Shxt, I've been walking around with a tight arse case damaging my phone all this time! Yikes! Anyway it wasn't her fault and as I attempted to pay her 20 bucks she said to me "no just give me $5.00 because this didn't fit well." **mouth open**. I mean 15 bucks wasn't bad to start with, in fact I felt like I was ripping her off but now she only wants to charge me for her material when the shield not fitting my phone was my mistake wow! I was happy to still tip her. Integrity from a business goes a looooooong way with me. My Yelp pals know I've been slipping with writing my reviews but this one I had to pen asap because I didn't want it to get lost in my review vault. I recommend going to the downstairs kiosks or straight to the Provider's store if you need something more than a screen protection. I came in with problem and left with another which costed me more and taught me a valuable lesson. Not only I was very upset since i realized the error days later, i came in to explain the situation, I was given a washy lame excuse, they didn't want to even accept to their mistake and cursed me out using Vulgar speech! This is how you all treat your customers especially first timers? Good thing the manager is a nice person to even out the crappy disrespectful customer service. Cyber on U was the first store. Max was in constant communication. The change out was done in under 5 minutes. Max even showed me that I have space to add a hard drive. The price was also good. I am considering to go back for a cracked iPad. However, I know I have a place for my clumsy self if anymore of my electronics need some TLC.

My ipad mini dropped by accident and the screen was cracked. It was still working fine except the glass was broken and you could easily get cut. Again, everything was working like normal and the screen was just cracked..that's all. The ipad was brought in for repair on a dead battery because I forgot to charge it. I get a call from the guy here who said the ipad was charged up and the crack actually caused a black spot on the screen. If I wanted this fixed it's an extra $75. I told him I played with the ipad numerous times after it fell and there was no black spot. He stayed quiet. He probably thought I never saw the screen after it fell...not the case. I told him no, dont fix it and I'll see what he's talking about when I pick it up. Went the next day to pick up and saw the round black spot. I told him this was not there when it fell. Again, he said nothing. I told him how did the black spot appear and he said from the drop. Um, no thats not the case and I told him this wasn't there. Again, he said nothing. Once I got home my husband was very upset and called the location. He spoke to the guy and told him this was a crappy job he did and asked how the spot appeared. He actually told my husband the spot got worse after he opened the ipad to fix it. Clearly the spot appeared after you attempted to fix the glass. Why should we pay to fix your mistake????!!!! He never offered to fix his mess. What kind of customer service do you provide? None apparently. We actually thought bringing my device here was a mistake and we shouldve went to kings plaza mall and had the kiosk people fix it or even my neighborhood guy who does good work with apple products. Now, I have to pay double to fix his mistake. I will not leave this here, I'll be looking to file a complaint with this so called company. I will post a picture of the spot he caused on my ipad.

    STAY AWAY, TERRIBLE. I came in with one cracked lens. The guy fixed it in 10mins, great. I TESTED…read moreout my camera and there's a black smudge. I took pictures all morning and the entire month with the cracked lens and NO smudge on my camera. If there was a smudge, I would've immediately got it taken care of quick. We argued back and forth, basically I paid for the cracked lens and I will have to PAY AGAIN $150 to get the camera part fixed. This SMUDGE was created by their employee when he was working on my lens. I asked if they can just redo it, clean it up or check. NOPE. $150 new camera or zoom in to .9x every time to avoid the smudge (JOKE) or go somewhere else. No accountability and it was either pay to get fix or leave. They blamed ME for having the smudge me. Please check other places first and see their options/process. Also please read negative reviews first as well. SO furious and scam artists. "Bring car in to change the oil and now gotta get a new engine". The manager, dirt bag DGAF. Don't get fooled. 100% scam. Same owners, two stores. I tried to work with them, I just want my camera to be fixed with no smudge, not even 50/50 or showing any decent customer service. The guy who was working on my phone accidentally took a picture of himself with NO smudge and then after there's a smudge.

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.
