Went in to get extra lines for hotspot. Was lied to in the store about what the charges would be. Then when we got our bill which was double what it should have been went into store and said they could not fix what they put into the system. Greg Armstrong was very helpful with helping me an my roommate set up our wifi for our apartment after the previous tenants had neglected to cancel theirs thus leaving us with a long process to finally be able to schedule our wifi to be installed. He helped us with the whole thing and stayed in contact with us through out the next few days explaining each thing as we went along. Originally Bobby Stewart had been helping us when we went in but after multiple failed attempts to get ahold of him and waiting a couple of days after he told us he'd call us that day to set up our appointment we decided to call the place again and we are so glad we did. Absolutely the worst service. Went in this store after dealing with being lied to on the phone only to be lied to more by inside managers. Two different days two different managers. The people are so extremely lazy and look around like I hope I don't have to talk to the next person who's going to take them first. I was able to have all issues resolved with a customer service agent on the phone. Why could the manager not get technical support and offer is some kind of peace. Why? Because it would take effort. These people are lazy and put forth no effort to help customers just look for excuses to send you away. I've been a customer 20 years and brought my husband to them too and I regret ever recommending. I was ripped off of 1000.00 plus taxes and line charges by an overseas sales person after countless hours spent on the phone and in store finally, got resolution by calling a 4th time ( 2 hour calls) to a degree, the amazing girl, after several attempts to figure out what happened offered some resolve by canceling the unnecessary lines. Its going to take time to process the changes with a customer service rep in the states on the phone, because they won't help you face to face and my money will be tied up because they can't refund the equipment so they say in the store. She said I was bamboozled. Disgusting with their work ethic. You can't return phone devices to the store if it was ordered online. Anyone can order equipment on your account and charge and activate and then suspend, without your authorization and the store manager tell you there is nothing you can do about it and offer no assistance by calling corporate or support. As a customer of 20+ years I'm very upset that this is the customer service and quality of people we have working in our society today as a whole. From the moment I pulled up, I could tell the experience would be good. Waiting at the door were two sales reps, eager to help with my needs. After almost 5 years, I was ready to upgrade to a new iPhone. The old model had been reliable, so I wanted to stick with Apple products. Matt was super helpful in answering all my questions so that I could make an informed decision. He was courteous and helpful. My one recommendation would be for the sales associates to ask how the client will be using the phone. Matt kept referring to the 16Gb model, but my needs are higher. My previous model had been the iPhone 4 32Gb which was the largest bit rate model for its time. Although, the 32Gb had done me well for 5 years, my business needs dictate a top of the line product. That said, knowing the needs of each client will ensure the right match for the client to best meet their needs. After selecting my 128Gb model in Gold color and awesome leopard case, Matt walked me through setting up my phone and helped me with transferring my contacts. He is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in getting everything going. To top off an excellent customer service experience, Matt walked me to the door and opened it for me. Should be ZERO. Scheduled an internet install and received email confirmation. No one showed! No call! No email! Just left waiting for 4 HOURS. When I called, Austin Badge #ns6063 was not helpful and kept repeating the same thing over and over. They tried to reschedule for AUG 31. 2 weeks away! After 3 hours on the phone I got a 24th date. Still unsatisfactory when it was ATT mistake. ATT SHOULD INSTALL TOMORROW! Very unhappy read more
