She was prescribed muscle relaxant to be filled through the Walgreens however, by the end of Saturday. Walgreens had failed to fill the prescription. Oddly, Sunday morning my wife got an automated voicemail from the Walgreens Corporate office saying that the prescription has been filled and could be picked up after 9 o'clock on Sunday the 26th. I showed up on Sunday the 26th at 10 AM. Went to the back of the store to find the pharmacy section absolutely shut down. I asked an employee and he said" the pharmacist did not come in today and we cannot sell any prescription medication whatsoever." As I walked in utter disbelief towards the front of the store, I found several customers waiting to be waited on and two store employees. I blurted out so that everyone could hear me, Could anybody tell me exactly when does the pharmacy actually plan to have a licensed pharmacist at the store so that the pharmacy could actually sell medications that are prescribed by doctors?!!! and then I stormed out of the store. " On the way home, I got to thinking how many people were going to be we're going to be/were inconvenienced over the weekend simply because Walgreens couldn't or wouldn't sell medication prescribed by doctors; since we didn't get anything Saturday afternoon from Walgreens, it makes me wonder if there was even a pharmacist there on Saturday as well ; we were in limbo because the prescription had been called into the Walgreens pharmacy, which was not in operation. We had to wait until Monday for the prescription to be filled by H-E-B. I simply cannot believe there is not a back up plan to have a substitute pharmacist brought in from another area Belleville, Brian, even Houston!; come on Walgreens you're a national brand you've lost two customers for sure bye-bye ..Aufwiedersehen!

I have been begging my mother for years to transfer her meds over to HEB in Brenham. I just filed a complaint with the pharmacy board. I should have done this long ago. Please if you have a problem with them contact the Texas pharmacy board.

The staff at the counter of the pharmacy is very conscientious and do take the time out to actually…read morelisten to you if you have an issue with the store or simply something going wrong in your life. It is good that they now have the time posted of their lunch breaks during the day. (the pharmacy is closed from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM for lunch). as well as their actual operating hours.

Many patients would be even more frustrated just by listening to her arrogant attitude. May karma kick her ego out for her own sake.
