I wish I could give a zero star review. We drove 2 hours to go pick up a treadmill. They were very…read morenice until we got home and the treadmill acted like it had a short or something. The guy had told us we had a 90 day warranty since we paid 4500 dollars for the treadmill. He kept ignoring us and telling us how he has never sold a treadmill that had an issue. Well this one does and that is why warranties should be in place. He stopped replying, wouldn't take calls and now we are having to have a technician come out to fix it and he is not willing to pay the bill. WOW!! Save yourself some grief and do not do business with him. We will be contacting the Better business bureau.

It's clear that he knows feet as well as he knows shoes. Steven was wonderful in working with my nearly 90-year-old mother whose feet are challenging to fit -- they're small but wide, and one is about a half-size larger than the other. Steven showered my mom with patience, kindness and care while dispensing his exceptionally good advice and finding good shoes for her to try on. He even applied heel grips for her until she felt comfortable with the fit and directed her away from socks he thought wouldn't be good for her. She put on the socks he chose as soon as she got home and loved them instantly! I thought service like Steven's went out in the '60s but you can find it here.
