Gerardo saved the day!…read more I ordered for store pick up hundreds of dollars of gardening equipment including a 16' cattle panel. The trailer I was supposed to borrow fell through so I drove up to the store and was prepared to cancel my order. Gerardo told me to hold on a second, asked me what I drove to the store in, then went out and looked at the bed of my truck. Upon returning, Gerardo informed me that he can get all of my equipment into the bed of my truck and proceeded to do so. He was sweating his booty off but never complained. He even strapped everything down for me and made my life so much easier. Gerardo refused to take my tip, and responded with "I actually enjoy helping out all of my customers as best I can." And that he certainly did! This is precisely why I shop at this Tractor Supply. They help me out wherever they can and employees like Gerardo make my shopping a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I have been here several times and checked in here. ‍ This hardware store has just about everything. Grill supplies(Traeger and others), nuts, bolts etc.. plant supplies and great selection of bird feeders. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wish they were open on Sundays - for my FIY projects.

I was thus forced to move down the road a bit to Ace, and I'm glad I did. I was totally blown away; every expectation was exceeded. I was warmly greeted by every employee and immediately asked what I needed. I was then escorted to the proper aisle, and the employee actually brought me directly to the exact items I sought- which was handy because the selection took up both sides of the aisle! The store was immaculately clean, smelled nice, and the merchandising made me feel like I was in an art museum rather than a hardware store. Friendly cashier, and warm farewell from the full staff. Henceforth I will go out of my way to patronize this absolute model of a business, and you should too.

It is much more eye appealing and the flow to the cashiers is a 1000 times better. Before you had to do a maze to get to the registers. The best part is they built on outside. You pay for what you need and drive to the side of the building and they load it for you. The loading area is 2 lanes and is covered. This is way more efficient. Love the organization!!! The stars are for the store. The service is still an area that needs some improvement. With the price of corn going up almost $4.00 a bag; my sweet little duck friends might have to go on a diet. ($12.79 for a 50 pound bag)
