Apparently the staff can't be bothered to remove the wad of sunflower seeds from their mouth when they see customers. Mr Morales Jr was the worst customer rep EVER. For 3 of the questions I asked he gave me phone numbers and said I needed to call Verizon. Ummmmm, I was in a Verizon store. When I asked to talk to his supervisor he responded they don't have one. When pushed that random people can walk in and begin working he said there is a manager but I can not talk to him. This store is horrendous. read more

I called this store and asked over the phone if they had a specific phone in stock. They said yes. I asked them 3 times if they are sure it's the specific model and specific color I wanted. They said yes. I told them over the phone I was going to trade my phone in and I guess I'll do that today since yall have my phone. He said "you have to do it today cause it's the last day they're doing that" it was a Tuesday mind you. So I drove to this store and asked one of the sales guys there, not the one on the phone, if I could trade my phone in for the new one I wanted. They said they'd have to check if it was sold already. My drive was only 20 min. They aren't a busy store. As a matter of fact..no one was in there when I walked in but the sales comes back and says they apparently are out of that phone. I said "guy over the phone swore yall had it". He said "we must've sold it". I said "withing 20 min? ok." They had to get it shipped from another store. They said it would be there tomorrow. They said all you gotta do is come in tomorrow, tell them your name and that you have a phone waiting for you and they'll get it. Next day I call at 11am. They said they don't see a phone for me there but they'd look and call me back. 2:30pm rolls around. No call back so I call them. Still saying they have no phone. I told them I was supposed to have a phone transferred. He said "oh..didn't know it was a transfer. Let me look in that area." SMH. Why not check both to begin with. Whatever. He comes back on the phone saying oh its here. Been here since this morning. They also told me the day before they'd call me when it came in. I drove up there and did the trade in and set it up. He wouldn't let me do any of the set up. Once it was all done, he said "verizon will send you a request to do a review. Also...." then he takes my new phone and turns it to him and navigates to the Google reviews page. And says to me " go ahead and hit the 5 stars there" then sits there waiting for me to give him 5 stars. I said "do I have to do this now?" He said " yes. I need to make sure you know how to do it."
