I've had several computer emergencies which are very nerve wracking and overwhelming. I have gone here for years, they have not only fixed my different issues, they have been nice enough to help me understand my computer better. Of course, there are times when things just cannot be fixed, and they have said so. Most recently they replaced part of my laptop case that another computer shop (closer to home) said could not be fixed. Guess that first shop didnt know where to order replacement parts! As to rudeness, these guys are geeks, not rude people, and thats why they're so good at fixing computers! read more

Approach with caution. I sent an email specifically asking if they can fix my Acer Chromebook under warranty. They replied yes. I took off work to drive an hour to their store only to be told my email was "misread" and they don't do warranty work. A computer repair shop that lacks clear communication with customers does not inspire confidence. If they're not going to read emails carefully, they should take down that option on their website. If you deal with these guys I suggest a crayon and very small words. read more
