We feel we made an investment, rather than a purchase. We were told they could deliver within 2 days. We were told of the warranty and how they deal with any issues that come up during that warranty time (and beyond). Today, our washer and dryer were delivered. The installers called before they arrived; they had a very long day and had covered a lot of miles; yet they were so friendly and got on the job of disconnecting and removing the old ones and installing the new ones. Afterwards, Joe C. gave us a demonstration on using the machines before he left. He and his partner were so friendly and professional. He laughed and said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the dryer. He didn't know what he was doing and making jokes and being insulting the whole time. I had to call another place to fix the dryer. His comments were unacceptable and unprofessional, besides harassing the customer, and thinking it was funny to suggest I shock myself for his entertainment. He's lucky I didn't call the police. Stay away from this place! Buddy's appliance has mature, respectful, and professional people who get the job done.
