Over the phone and in person Tom has an upbeat cheerful personality and he made me feel completely at ease. He arrived promptly on time in his hailageek van at 2:00 p.m. Upon sitting down and making a cursory examination he said he could fix the problem in 2 minutes but that he wanted to spend more time and give me a more extensive and complete printer connectivity. I sat beside him as he nimbly did the work - he obviously knew what he was doing. Tom is a founder/partner in HailAGeek which has 17 locations in the Houston area.
