Don't use this store or AT&T. Switched from TMobile and have regretted it ever since. Dismissive customer service, they don't honor their promotions and an absolute lack of care. Hours on the phone and in the store trying to resolve a billing issue and the only answers I get are "I can't help, that's corporate". I was told by Brian (store manager) that his boss won't call me back and that if he gives me his supervisors name or contact information, he'll be fired. What an awful way to run a business. Calls to corporate are a series of blowoffs and transfers that seems designed to make you give up, simply restating the problem and sending me away. An absolute terrible company. They don't work with the customer service line. one worker just spent 45 minutes talking to someone who obviously wasn't a customer. Shout out to Jason (and fellow OnePlus user!) who helped me get my life together at AT&T. I came in already knowing about plans, but with a very complicated situation between porting a phone number from Google Voice and also not using an AT&T phone, so I thought this was going to be a horrid experience. Thankfully it was quite the opposite, and although it did take an eternity, as most cell phone transfers do, Jason was super pleasant and helpful, making sure things were getting done with both AT&T and on the Google end. In addition to the tech support, he gave me a lot of info on discounts, looked for an education one and even a cable one. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm looking forward to recommending people here for business. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Most horrible customer service ever at this location. Went in after buying a new phone less than 1 week prior and asked for some help and was immediately told that I had to go through apple. And if I returned phone for a new one they would charge me a 55$ restocking fee after I just spent $1100 on the phone. Went to another store in feasterville and was helped promptly and they figured out it was the SIM card and not the phone. So after a quick SIM card swap I was on my way. read more

I upgraded my phone at the Bensalem store & Mikohl Jenkins was an excellent sales person!! He helped me in an efficient, timely matter and I was very pleased with my purchase!! I went to the at&t store to inquire about an upgrade. Had one of the most negative retail experiences in my life. Jeff, the salesman, was beyond rude. His attitude was constantly condescending, unhelpful, and dismissive. When I tried to talk to him he just talked over me and cut me off. Ended up just walking out of the store and will be going to another at&t store, or maybe even another carrier. Somebody needs to tell this guy how to deal with customers, he does not belong in a retail setting read more

So I bought my iPhone six at the store and the guy who sold it to me talk me into a different case in the shatterproof glass that goes on front of it. So two months later I barely dropped my phone and the glass breaks the protector glass not the glass on front of the iPhone. So I bring it into the AT&T store thinking my glass was broken they said no it's the case and I told them that I didn't really want this case that I was kind of talked into it and it still my job to go home find the box it came in call the place and get a replacement one sent to me they're not going to replace it and the girl told me all this with sarcasm in your voice and was rude and I said will fine I'll go somewhere else and she said that's fine so I will never walk in the store again. Also she said to replace the cover which they sold me I would have to send the company $15 to get a new one the piece of glass weighs less than a postage stamp read more

Had a great experience last night at the AT&T facility on Street Road. We were greeted in a friendly manner and while the store was crowded we had the sense that they had everything under control. Our representative was Jennifer Judge Shafer and she was knowledgeable, courteous, funny and professional in all the correct ways. I had the UNfortunate experience of visiting this store, just yesterday. There really should be signage somewhere on or around this store, visible from the outside to warn potential customers: "Enter at your own risk!" or something along those lines to convey a message to the public that if you do decide to enter this store please be aware of the cold reception of the employee(s) you are about to encounter & do not, under any circumstances, use terms of endearment whilst inside! Maybe something like: "Hear ye! Hear ye! AT&T Disclaimer to customers of the Bensalem store: Any forms of excitement, gratitude, 'upbeatness' and/or friendliness will not be tolerated at this location especially when Babe Wonder (Jeff) is working and please keep all and any forms of verbal pleasantries at the door. You now have been warned of the zero tolerance policy of the aforementioned offensible behaviors including any positive verbal sentiments and if exhibited whilst in the store be prepared to elicit this response from staff/Jeff/babe: (including but not limited to) rude behavior, no introductions, ZERO (that's 'nil' for my European friends out there) customer service skills, dirty looks, ignoring the obvious, ignoring paper work that customer provides that matches paper work in AT&T employee's (tiny) hands, shady conduct and altogether bad, bad, bad business." When I first arrived to the store I was greeted by Brianna, a sales representative. At first she was helpful and friendly. I told her which model phone I wanted and we began the upgrading process. She then began to review the 'Next Plan' with me and decided that I was not interested and would like to continue with the 2 year contract agreement instead. She did not take 'no' for an answer and tried two more times to convince me to get the 'Next Plan'. Brianna started to show signs of annoyance and attitude. After her failed attempts she walked to the back to retrieve the phone, she returned 10 minutes later and said the store was out of stock, but she checked availability at Oxford Valley Mall and the Levittown Store. She stated that both stores had 2 currently in stock. I went to Oxford Valley and was assisted by a rep. After he came back from getting the phone from the back he stated that he and the manager checked the system and they had 4 in stock at the Street Road location... Brianna was so petty and unprofessional, she chose to lose a sale and inconvenience a customer because I did not want the 'Next Plan'. Terrible customer service. No means no, Brianna. read more

After being on hold with customer service for 40 min to be hung up on, I went to this store based upon a friends recommendation. I needed a new phone as I had just lost mine and was not yet eligible for an upgrade. Friendly staff behind the counter took my info and I waited for the next available person. Antonio was his name I believe. Once I told him my situation and that I was not interested in the next plan, he went to the back to figure out my options. I ended up with a new phone, a house phone, a bigger and better family plan all for less money per month! Plus I am still eligible for my upgrade come December. Great customer service. Everyone was very polite, the store manager was very helpful and patient with me. She explained everything that I didn't quite understand about my phone. Unfortunately I am in a contract with Adt, or I would have gotten the home security system they talked so much about. I'll def be back when that contract is up. I was very pleased with the service.
